Don't be mistaken the one star is because i need to rate them somehow. If i could put a minus star I would. Worse company I have ever had to deal with. Sold us an air conditioner and did not finish the installation. Had water damage inside our home from tubes misplaced. Then Pierre one of the owners tells me i don't care to finish find someone else. When we did they said that the installation was done all wrong with wrong wiring and live wires hanging out side my home all summer long. They put my children and pets in danger of electrocution. Stay away!!!!!

lors de demande de soumission ils veulent avoir le prix des autres pour donner un meilleur prix cela n'augure en rien dune compagnie professionnelle...... on verra mais je donnerai pas le prix des autres ils sera ma prmiere soumission et avec les autres commentaires je ne crois pas choisir meme si meilleur prix. on achete service et qualite pas juste un prix..... ma note est zero

Des vrais voleurs! Ne faites jamais confiance à cette compagnie! Ils sont experts en mensonge et sont d'extrême mauvaise fois. Dès qu'il auront passé installer leur équipements comme des vrais amateurs, vous n'aurez aucun service ni retour d'appel, au mieux un mensonge de rendez-vous et ils ne se présenteront jamais.Je donnerais -10 étoiles mais je ne peux pas.EN GROS DES VRAIS CROSSEUR!!!

Pour ma part, j'ai beaucoup aimé le service professionnel. Je suis surpris de la qualité du travail effectué.

These people are charlatans and fraudsters with no respect and no honesty at all.Try to avoid any business with them.Remember two names Pierre and Serge. Worst customer service ever!All the details below:My AC / Heat Pump broke. It was still under warranty. I called them, they came, and, as they claim, they found the issue.I paid for the visit and the inspection 140$. They said they will order the broken part and will come to install it. Installation suppose to cost me 50$. This is the unit still under warranty.Then they call me and say that the part they ordered is not on the warranty and it will cost me around 400$ to install it.I called the manufacturer and with the serial number of the unit, manufacturer confirmed that it's still under warranty.I called Thermo Pom and told them that it still under warranty and I don't want to pay 400$.They said ok and we booked an appointment to fix it.Then, they cancel the appointment because its raining O_oSince then, I call them, (the sales person Pierre and the technician Serge) almost every day for almost 2 months to book another appointment to fix it, and they never answer.I left many voice messages asking to call me back and they never called.To me it sounds like they tried to f..ck me up telling that I need to pay for the part and when I received a written confirmation from manufacturer confirming that the part is still under warranty, they understood that they won't have any money, they decided to ignore me.I am not even sure if they know how to fix ACs and they certainly never heard about customer service and honesty.

Thermo Pom est l'entreprise la plus umprofessionnelle que j'ai jamais eu dans ma vie. Ils n'ont pas installé la pompe à chaleur correctement et mon fourneau a fui l'eau et a gelé en la rendant inutile. J'ai appelé pour parler au propriétaire et il m'a blâmé pour les problèmes que j'avais. Il a dit que je devais avoir un filtre sale ou un tube bloqué. J'ai expliqué que je maintenais tout très bien et le vérifie souvent. il m'a dit qu'il enverrait un technicien dans 2 jours. Je me suis précipité du travail pour me rendre disponible pour le rendez-vous et personne n'est jamais venu. J'ai appelé et le propriétaire s'est présenté à ma porte et a supposé que je n'ai pas maintenu mon système. Il cherchait des tuyaux bloqués. Rien n'était bloqué bien sûr. Il m'a dit qu'il enverrait quelqu'un demain. L'homme s'est présenté était l'homme le moins professionnel alors que j'ai jamais vu. Il me criait dessus et me disait quel était le problème avant même de venir jeter un coup d'œil. Puis il a demandé de l'argent et nous avons dit que nous paierions le propriétaire. Il a pris sa voiture et est parti! Quelle blague. faites-vous plaisir et trouvez quelqu'un d'autre pour installer votre thermopompe. 5000 $ à la poubelle. Même pas 1 étoile, zéro!

Si je pourrais j'aurais mis 0 mLa pire compagnie qui existe ne pas faire a faire avec eux son même pas capable de faire l'installation comme il faut en plus un service de ......

Had the same horrible experience as everyone else below. Arrogant and clueless men both owners are. They said they are closing down so they don't care about how bad their installation was and to try and take them to court. Horrible people !!!!!!!!!
