Went in looking for a TV having already done very basic research. Callum was the salesperson who offered assistance and explained very clearly how the tv screens basically work, and gave me the knowledge I needed to know I was making the right purchase. Also offered some extras without making me feel like I was being pushed to buy more. I left with no second guessing about what I bought, and no regrets about the money spent. Very good experience, would recommend!

Just recently bought my first drone from here! The staff were very knowledgeable and the service was excellent! Dan and Man Kin were infinitely helpful! Would very highly recommend this place to anyone for their tech needs!

I walked into the store and was greeted by Spencer! He explained my options and the perks of signing up a new phone with Virgin. Then I mentioned how I'd never been in visions before and he explained all they do there. Now I'm looking to get audio speakers for my husband's car and Spencer is the only person I'm going to. I live in Nova Scotia faraway. I bought a Sony ES – ZA3100 (high-end home theatre receiver) from Visions Electronics in Okotoks, AB and I am very happy with the services provided by the staff, the online manager and the delivered by the Purolator. It took just 01 week to arrive, and it looks really in a good shape (I haven’t opened yet). What I like most is the item was located in the Okotoks store and I couldn’t come in person, the staff named Janelle Bryant was very nice, very responsive, helping me, talking to her online-selling manager then calling me back and letting me know that the shipping to me is doable. I paid online, people at Visions Electronics just facilitated process quite fast, issued a tracking number and Purolator just delivered to my house yesterday. Thanks so much to Visions Electronics, especially Janelle Bryant – an amazing person, for everything to make a satisfied purchasing. I work with her virtually but feel so much confident and I believe many staff at Visions Electronics would be the same as Janelle is.

Very friendly and helpful team!! Christian helped me get a new audio system for my car. He spent lots of time explaining everything I needed to know about my new system and price ranges. He made sure I had everything I needed to install the system. I went in there knowing nothing and walked out feeling confident about my new system! Such an amazing team! I'll continue to go back!!

The customer service was amazing. I needed a new washer and dryer. We had stopped by the Brick first and found a very nice set. Well Visions had the same set and they worked hard for our business. Ended up with a better deal than the Brick could do. Francis was amazing help with getting the best deal. Spencer the assistant manager made absolutely sure everything was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend this store!
