Food is always great. Love the place and our server was nice. First time to try the wanton nachos and to my surprise it taste good.

The service was great. Our waiter Scott was very attentive. He came back a couple times during our meal to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Also, loved his sense of humor.

Ate at this location recently and the service and meals were OK ( almost good, not great but also not awful). Dined here about two years ago and recall the food was much better. The Yorkdale location was much better as well. A few of the meals were lacking in some areas. The only dish that had no complaints was the steak and fries.Positives:Varied menu optionsVegetarian friendlyNice ambianceGreat dessert menu. Cheesecake was tasty.Negatives:-The smothered chicken was a bit bland and underwhelming. Mashed potatoes also bland and a bit watery.-Almond crusted salmon dish was also bland and the accompanying rice serving was super small, (less than a cup. More like a spoonful). For the price, it should be more.- Wings were bland-Chicken fettuccine was watery and blandMaybe it was an off" day

Horrible experience:Came to this location yesterday for my little niece birthday and our food took forever to come out and it was COLD!! The mash potatoes were cold like ice, and rhe green beans we cold and watering my plate had a good 2tbl of water in it... our waitress was serving 3 parties alone including us so when we needed refills and wanted to place our app we had to ask someone else that was walking by. We spoke to our waitress and let him know and he said I'm sorry there's nothing we can do about it." We told him about the birthday girl and all he said was "happy birthday" she didn't even get a small slice of cake or ice... then when we asked for the bill it took another hour.. it got to the point where only 2 ppl stayed at the table and the rest went walking around the mall.To end on a positive note there chicken wings

I really like the customer service of this location. It’s in the mall, parking may be a challenge but the service is great. The ladies and I went here and I find the waiters and waitresses are very kind and accommodating. We went here for the second time. The food was also delicious.

Shevrin was a wonderful host! He allowed us to take our time and didn’t rush our experience at The Pickle Barrel! My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner - by far the best southwest Caesar salad I’ve had! The strawberry shortcake was incredible and enough for two people to share! I recommend this location with great service from Shevrin!

Whether I’m doing dine in or take out in the city, Pickle Barrel is always a fun and fantastic choice and never disappoints! Food, atmosphere and customer service are all fabulous and top notch. Wonderful menu, great selection and variety. Perfect, casual, a très chic spot!

I was very scared to try this place at first but when me and friends stepped inside this place, we were blown away. It's super fancy and clean. Our server was extremely nice and took care of us during our dine in visit. I ordered the smothered chicken and it's super good. For dessert, we got the starwberry cheesecake which was a 10/10. I really enjoyed my food and my experience. Everyone who visits bcc mall often should really give this place a shot.

Loved the ambience here, it’s perfect to celebrate! The food tasted so good, we couldn’t resist ordering more. The chicken pesto fettuccine and coconut shrimp was my favourite. The grapefruit cocktail I had ordered was good. Too cozy and refreshing restaurant, no doubt about it. I recommend this place for anyone on any occasion.

It is absolutely unacceptable. There was no way they did not notice how severely damaged these pieces were. Last order via Ubereats and last time going to that restaurant. Disgusting, it looks like customer returns that they should have thrown in the garbage or the server decided to have a snack. No one touched it... just wasted food we had to throw out, after waiting 45 minutes to have delivered. Use to go to Pickle Barrel every Sunday for Brunch, unfortunately that will no longer be an option as their food handling and overall practice is called into question after this disappointing experience.
