Great for the beginner, intermediate artist. Like a super sized Michael's. I like it and appreciate the super helpful staff.

Every time I go their the staff is always friendly and has helpful as they can with any questions I might have.

I try to find a canvas 12×20 inches. However there was only 12×24. I'll need to customize them. The price us just right even unexpensive. I'll use them tfor two paintings that I bought in Mongolia. After adding them to the canvases I will need to find some frames.

Pretty good selection of items for the size of the store. Staff was busy having a gossip conversation and didn't pay much attention to me. Ended up going to Dollarama for the canvas I was looking for since it was cheaper, but their canvas selection on the back wall is enormous.

If you want to buy stuff for your art, then do visit this place when you are in West Edmonton Mall, they do have some variety of different paints and sure you'll find what you looking for. You can also buy art work here mostly painting. I love visiting art stores for they bring in so much joy to me. It's located near the hudson's bay, so you know which gate to enter from.

Nice and clean store. Lots of selection of home hobby paint supplies and other small project crafts such as needlepoint, diamond painting, or children's crafts.

The staff here were AMAZING. I don't think I've had a better customer experience than at DeSerres.I drove all the way to Edmonton because the art stores from my area are few and far between, and I thought that, since it was in West Ed I might not find any good deals or what not. But to my surprise, the pricing was actually really great! Not only that, but because I bought all of my supplies there, I ended up getting like 40$ store credit.The staff helped me decipher my professor's cryptic materials list, and not only that, but upon seeing my injured arm, and the many many bags of supplies I had purchased, they walked me to my car!The staff were all very knowledgeable about art, and all seemed to have their preferred mediums, which was neat.Honestly probably the only art store I'm going to from now on!

I would like to think of this store first whenever I need art supplies, but unless I need something for right now, I would go and shop around online first. They seem to have a good amount of inventory and variety, but they are pricey, and besides the headache of going to the mall, their staff is hit-and-miss. Overall helpful, but some newer staff seem to have zero customer service training. I would come here more often if they had more demos too

Today, I went to buy fine lines ink and some canvas paper, for my art class. Since its my first time using art products, I wasn't sure of what I was getting nor how the products work. Esmé helped me so much with products and their functions, and really took her time to guide me, making sure that I understood each product and that I know how I could use the products. We also so different alternatives for some products as well. Another time that I went, Leah helped me alot as well with great art tips, and what to get, mostly if its through school related requirements! Great staffs! I would like to take the time to thank Esmé and Leah for their wonderful service. The store is amazing, and full of products and options and great companies as well! Wonderful and helpful staffs! Highly reccomend it!
