Scam with rates. You order online a rate and you get a confirmation of how much will you receive, you come next day and they say you that the rate has changed.

Not recommending their online service. I ordered Feb. 1st Fiji and Australian $. Based on policy would be ready for following Tuesday pickup. I moved the pickup date to Wednesday. After a nice -20C refreshing walk to the Currency Exchange on Portage Ave, Winnipeg I was told currency was not yet delivered. No phone call (# provided with confirmation) letting me know the currency was not yet there. Staff was not sure when currency would be arriving either (hope does not count for eta")."

Making an order for currency with Click and Collect at my departure airport and amazed by the simplicity of the process as well as the promptness of the support agent Elena on their live chat. Hoping to update this review next week when I actually process the transaction!

I have always received great service from ICE. The staff are always helpful on exchanging your currencies. The airport location, although more convenient as they are open 7 days a week, charges a higher exchange rate than the downtown location which is open 6 days a week.Plan ahead and get money from downtown.

I find ICE online so convenient whenever I travel. I can go online anytime at my convenience, put in my order & give them a time I’d like to pick it up. Depending on Currency it may take two days. Friendly Service & great rates.

I had a change after I submitted my request for peso's and US money. They were very fast to help me out and adjust my order. Although I haven't picked up the money yet, I'm sure it will be just fine.

False advertising.The airport has much higher rates than the banks, also the other Winnipeg branch was higher than the bank, today at least, for 500. Canadian dollars, the bank is giving me 270. more pesos. also the airport was giving me 6500. compared to 6970.83 from the RBC bank quite a big difference.

Great service. Only paid a $3 fee and walked out with ¥40 000 in under 5 minutes. Definitely recommend

Border line extortion. Portage Ave Walk up exchange rate over 10% more than other money exchange in the city. They seem to be making up the rates on the spot. Never again!!! Will take my business else where next time.Update: ICE mgmt has indicate that they would reimburse the difference, but when I asked what the difference was that I should expect, they have gone quiet. I appreciate the attempt but why the large difference in the first place? I never received an explanation for the high rate I was charged or the initial even higher rate I was first offered.I still stand by my initial review. This is not the first time I've had problems with this location.
