Liberty House Apartments

We were excited to visit Liberty House, based on the reviews we had some ideas of how our experience would be, and the service provided by Nicolai and the entire structure of Liberty House exceeded our expectations.Nicolai was attentive, helpful and clarified all our doubts and we are sure we will be more than happy in our new home. Thank you very much Liberty House for giving us the opportunity of living in this amazing community.

UPDATE:Took away two stars due to the fact that although this building is a nonsmoking one my neighbours keep on smoking cigarettes next to my balcony.Also I am not allowed to access power/water meters and this whole thing about Wyse randomly charging me with $300 a month is bonkers.________I can’t overstate how happy I was to be welcomed by Joanne during my tour here. Her professionalism, empathy and eagerness to help me secure the unit as a newcomer to Canada is what made my choice final and I’m glad that soon I’ll be moving in. This is a night and day difference compared to other rental apartments I have visited.

They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place to rent.From the moment I met my leasing agent Nicolai, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and then showed me a variety of floor plans that fit my criteria, even proposing some that I didn’t think were good option (at the end one of those was the right one ;-)).Once I found the apartment that I loved, my leasing agent guided me through the entire leasing process, making sure that I understood everything and answering all of my questions.Overall, I am incredibly grateful for my leasing agent's help and support throughout this process. He made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Liberty House to anyone looking for an amazing experience and a great place to live in.

We had an exceptional experience moving into Liberty House. Nicolai provided us with extraordinary assistance, starting from our initial tour to the smooth application process and right up to our move-in day. The building is impeccably managed, and the amenities offered are truly impressive.

We've had the best experience moving into and living at Liberty House!From the beginning, Alexandra has been so helpful by showing us the units we were interested in and helped us make a decision on which unit to pick. We moved in our unit in June and it's been great ever since. The building is in a great location, very close to dog parks if you have a dog, close to the water, and liberty village is of-course a great location - and there is a starbucks that just opened up in the building!!The amenities are great, pool is nice (a little small and usually very busy on the rooftop when the weather is nice), gym is beautiful, sauna is nice and building is always clean, staff are friendly.

We had a great leasing experience with Liberty House. Nicolai was very attentive throughout the process and made sure we got a unit that meets our needs. My wife and I will be moving here in a few weeks and looking forward to living here.

My husband and I moved into our unit March of 2022, and we've loved our decision to choose Liberty House as home. Staff and amenities are wonderful, and everything is so accessible in the neighbourhood.

I’m so in love with the views from my apartment. I could photograph them every minute of the day.Never seen a more seamless renting experience as this before. From the simple all virtual application to even viewing virtually with a dedicated agent calling on video call and showing me around, to the approval and move in. The management has done a great job building a community. Found Liberty House on recommendation from one of my good friends. Nicolai and the team did a great job of helping us understand the building amenities as well as the unit choices. We just moved in and the moving process was so smooth!
