I was introduced to Raytel through my dealership on a newly purchased Mercedes Sprinter. I wanted to equip the van with shelving. After looking at the myriad of options Jeff provided a timely and detailed quote. I enjoyed the professionalism of the Raytel team and decided to add a trailer hitch + brake controller after verifying they were competitively priced with the other hitch guys.Good job! these guys are the real deal. they stand behind there workmanship. had work done on my van a year ago and had some issue with rack fitting a year later. these guys took me in right away and took extra time to check everything else as a preventive measure. thank you

I was very happy with what Raytel did with my cargo van. They did a fantastic job with the shelving installations and roof racks. It has been great with these racks as it takes less than 20 seconds to get our extension ladders off! Will be back to these guys in the future!Julian
