I rented an e-bike and rode from the historic Quebec center to Montmorency Falls. Emilie, the owner of Tuque & Bicycle Expérience, was fantastic and helped me plan a beautiful day. As someone who has spent years in the tourism industry, I can tell you that Emilie will bend over backwards to make sure your experience in Quebec is a positive one. She really knows the meaning of customer service. I plan to use her for all my bike and sightseeing trips for the time I am here, since she does it all!

Excellent hospitality & safety concern! They thought of us more than we do, lol. They offer me jackets & boots to wear (with no rental charge!) because they think mine will be a bit uncomfortable to bike. It was our first biking in the snow, we knew nothing about it, but they provided everything we need, clearly informed us what to do plus map, and just like that, we had a good time. Really hope their business growing well because they deserve it.Oh btw, we used the Quebec Passport and it really was worth it going there and 3 other places included in the pass.

Had an amazing time. The park is large and has some great trails. Great for beginners and intermediates.The staff were incredibly nice! They even gave us warmer coats, and accessories!Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience renting here! Émilie took so much care setting up and testing the bike and ensured I was fully prepared. She provided excellent route suggestions for a memorable day. The bike was brand new and everything worked perfectly. Ideally situated in Old Québec, this is a great starting point for hitting many bike friendly trails. Highly recommend renting here for incredible service and an amazing overall experience!

Our experience with Emilie was amazing. We were her first customers at her new location, and she treated us like family. We highly recommend the E bikes. They allowed us to ride out to the waterfalls, stopping at the grand Marche for strawberry smoothies on Emilie’s recommendations, and it was fabulous. We highly recommend Tuque & Bicycle for a great E bike experience.
