Booking was fast and easy and a NP was able to talk to me within a few hours of me reaching out! Great experience and much better than waiting in emergency or a few days to see my family doctor. Service isn't free, but it sure beat waiting for a free service and wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Will use Direct Health Solutions again!!

Watch your credit card charges with this company. I’d give them a -10 if I could. Paid big bucks for the initial call. Horrible care, basically no care. Didn’t do anything they were hired to do. Then they charge your card with out your authorization, to talk to them about results. Call it a consultation. Wasn’t aware that results from a paid visit was called a consult. Ask a lot of questions before hiring this company. Stated in my opinion and situation with this company. Very bad, disheartening, horrible experience!UPDATE July 25 2022. Wow Jessica you were paid over 300$ to see my husband. Then when I want to talk to you about results you charge my credit card for $50 without my authorization. Yes you said you credit back the charge. It that has yet to be seen. Then you cancel my husbands requisition to have a possibly life saving ultrasound because I was upset you charged my card. What kind of a practitioner are you? You are only after money in my opinion. To cancel a requisition is unacceptable. Please explain to the people why you did this?! The requisition for his ultrasound should have been included in the 300$ I initially paid you. Since you cancelled it for whatever reason, I believe you owe me an explanation. Since you won’t answer my calls. Do you call this health care?There is no way this co.has a 5 * rating. Can’t tell me I’m the only one who she has tried to take on a money ride,if you have seniors who are seeing this co.please check their credit cards.

This is an amazing alternative to the way our current health care system operates. I suggest anyone in need of urgent medical advice/care to use them! From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with Jessica and Judy. Price is also extremely reasonable and I got the help I needed. Jessica is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable NP with quite the inspirational back story - thank you for sharing with me! She got me the test and results I needed, and wasn't afraid to discuss alternative healing routes instead of just prescribing me medication and kicking me out. The whole experience felt very personal. I will definitely utilize this option in the future. Thanks again!

Just wanted to share my experience with Direct Health Solutions. Was very sick, did not want to put more stress on our ER'. Departments, could not get in to see my Doctor. So went on line to see if there were any in home options. That is where I found Direct Health Solutions. From the first contact to the in home visits with Jessica, it was fantastic. They are very caring, quick and Jessica was great in helping me through my illness. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a very good experience, Shyla was able to help my little one when we couldn’t get an appointment with the pediatrcian right away. She was friendly and answered all the questions we had.

Absolutely amazing. We delt with Jessica N. and the experience (as negative of circumstances as it was) was as uplifting and positive as possible). Not only was she able to diagnose and treat but provide more mental and emotional support than our healthcare system would ever be able to offer. Our multiple experiences with Jennifer have been undeniably exceptional. Highly recommend.

Direct Health Solutions has been a fantastic experience. I feel much more confident in my health after Jessica became involved. Jessica is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and takes every health issue seriously. I believe she truly cares about her clients. Jessica works with you to develop an action plan rather that telling you what to do. In addition the clinic is very responsive. I have no doubt if I had an illness that required attention, Jessica would jump to help any time.I feel very fortunate to have access to this clinic and their staff. They're all wonderful. Jessica will go above and beyond to ensure your health is a priority. I booked Direct Health Solutions when I couldn't get into my doctor right away for a medical concern. Jessica is very quick to respond and so helpful and accommodating in planning the appointment. The visit of the nurse Danielle was such a wonderful, positive experience! The medical knowledge being shared and the lab services included are super helpful and efficient. I am also super impressed by the follow up and time taken by Jessica to talk about the concern and the recommendations provided to improve overall health. Compared to a regular family doctor; Jessica is more thorough than I ever experienced with any doctor and she provided me with new findings and knowledge on an issue I have been dealing with for a long time. Definitely life changing for me and I am so grateful I got to know Jessica and her team!
