Donnelly Stucco

I don't leave reviews as I've always thought there are enough people out there giving you their opinion. However, I chose to leave one for Donnelly Stucco as their service in every aspect deserved to be publicly acknowledged.The company name says Stucco, but they do all types of exterior remodeling including siding, roofing and windows. We had Donnelly remove and replace our 20 year old cedar deck with a Trex composite deck, as we were tired of stripping and restaining a wood deck every couple of years.We could not have been happier with the whole process. Everyone we dealt with were consummate professionals.Bob served as the project manager. He came to our home and took pictures and measurements and very politely listened to what we wanted to do.Bob gave us his business card and kept us informed by text messages as he drew up a firm bid. He was a true pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to any texts or phone calls. As soon as the building materials were in, Bob let us know when the construction crew would arrive and also what time a roll-off dumpster and all of the items needed for the deck would be delivered. That was important to know, as items quickly fill up a driveway and block the garage.Joe, Terry and the rest of the construction crew were fantastic. They were at all times very polite and considerate of our home and yard. Most importantly, they were excellent carpenters. They worked quickly but they did not rush the job. They clearly knew what they were doing. Each day they did a thorough cleanup and kept all of the building materials neatly in order. They listened to any concerns and offered suggestions that made the final product look amazing. They were true craftsmen and they should be very proud of their work.I would definitely use Donnelly Stucco for any exterior remodeling project and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Bob at Donnelly for some stucco work that we needed done very quickly as we were selling our house.Bob was GREAT to work with as he was very responsive and professional. Our stucco projected turned into having Donnelly's and Bob redo our front steps, stonework, inside plaster work and replace some old boards on the front of our house. The project got done on time and I have Bob listed in my contacts as Superhero Bob".He truly did save us so we could get our house back on the market quickly and sell the same day we put it on the market with the updates from Donnelly. We have worked with Donnelly Stucco a number of times! Their work is exceptional and they advocated for us with our insurance company in replacing our roof after a major storm.

We have used Donnelly Stucco for several projects and been very pleased with all services. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, and Jimmy went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. We will continue to recommend Donnelly to neighbors and friends and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We had to have stucco along with brick repair done on our home. Called Donnelly Stucco in the hopes they could complete both tasks as we wanted one company to handle this project. Bob called us back the next morning and came out that afternoon for a site inspection. They completed the project in a timely manner with staff employees doing a great job. WARNING to anyone looking to use Donnelly Stucco or if you are one of the unfortunate one’s who have already used them, get their work re-checked by a new contractor! After suffering for years with medical problems, we discovered I was suffering from mold toxicity due to water leaking into the stucco of my parents’ house. Donnelly and their employees were very aware of this. DONNELLY STUCCO LEFT WATER DAMAGED/MOLDY BOARDS ON THE HOUSE, BOARDED THEM UP AND CLAIMED IT TO BE A SUCCESSFUL REMEDIATION!! Look at the photos under Katherine Welch (my mom) and decide for yourself if it looks successful. (Look at google, yelp, buildzoom and angi reviews to see photos) Absolutely disgusting, unlawful, and makes it very evident what type of people own and work here!! It will be my mission to ensure no one else will have to suffer like my family and I have due to Donnelly’s deceptive actions. Based on this and all of the code violations, already discovered by new contractors, Donnelly should immediately lose their license! Beware of the other 5 star reviews on this company, I know at least one 5 star reviewer is an employee of the company and related to one of the owners. This photo is how Donnelly remediates mold/rot. They don't!

Donnelly stucco took my money, never did any work and wouldn't return my down-payment. They were attempting to cover up rotten wood on my house. I had to force them to pull a permit from the city. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and Michael Horsch the owner of Caliber drywall as well as donnellys response was that I refused to pay to fix the rotten wood but he couldn't provide any quote they ever gave me for fixing the rotten wood because as many times as I asked for one they wouldn't give me one and they never did any work to my house. The only thing they did was set up scaffolding and leave it sit on my property for a year. What's extremely funny is Michael Horsch and Tom Bennett lying and saying I refused to pay for the house to be repaired. The job was being paid for by my homeowners insurance as a result of storm damage.

The day started early setting up our property for the job,then the crew went right to work. Everything that was promised was done and our project manager Zak Clarke made sure of it! Couldn't ask for a better clean up job after work was completed.(*On Time) Thank you Donnelly And a BIG thanks to Zak!

Zach Helped me out and was an absolute Rockstar! Im a stickler when it comes to construction, Zach knows exactly what hes doing! Excellent communicator and negotiator! I couldnt have picked a better person to assist through this tough time! I really want to point out that Zach helped me and my family in a time things werent ideal I strongly suggest anyone use Donelly Stucco you wont be disapointed!
