Alterations & More

Had to go in for a rush job and basically a reconstruction of a custom suit for a wedding a week away. I was able to get my suit 3 days before and it fit better than it did when I first got it. Marlene was extremely kind and professional and a pleasure to chat with. From definitely worth the money.

Just wow! Very friendly staff and amazing services! I trusted these wonderful ladies with my prom dress and got it 2 weeks before the day I was told! Everything was exactly how I wanted it. You really do get what you pay for. Looking forward to coming back!

Marlene was the saviour of our day! My daughter's wedding was on a Friday. Bridesmaid coming in from England was delayed by covid and was arriving on Thursday afternoon, and still needed alterations on her dress. I called Marlene a few days ahead and she agreed to a rush job. The flight arrival was delayed and I called Marlene expecting her to say no, as we wouldn't even arrive until after she closed. She stayed late and rearranged her evening, greeted us with nothing but kindness and professionalism, and had the dress ready for pickup by 1030 on the wedding day. She didn't even charge us a fee for the rush service. Her kindness and reassurance prevented a total MOB meltdown, and the work was excellent! Thank you, Marlene, for helping us in a moment of extreme stress, we are forever grateful for the grace you showed.My neice (the bridesmaid) looked and felt beautiful, and we had a great day!Would highly recommend!

AMAZING JOB!! the team here did such an amazing job on my bridesmaid dress and on such a time crunch too! I live in france now but was a bridesmaid for a cousin who was getting married in Toronto. I arrived less than a week before the wedding, still needing alterations and not only did they do a beautiful job, they were so accommodating to my time crunch and still did a fantastic job! Thank you so so much! Will definitely be back to alter any clothes I have when I'm back in town!

Great experience. I had a last minute alterations needed done within 3 days for an event. I explained to her my situation and she was able to finish by then. Quality of work was great as well.

Marlene is absolutely amazing!! This was my first time bringing in clothing and suits for alterations. She was very patient and explained the whole process to me. She took an old baggy suit of mine and turned it into a slim/modern version. My shirts and pants are way better fitted compared to before. High quality work all around. Thank you so much for your help! I will definitely be back.

Overpriced and ridiculous. To charge someone 80 bucks to have two pairs of pants shortened. Unheard of!! Went somewhere else and had them done for 30 dollars for both pairs!! Yikes.
