Tried to arrange a lovely flowers arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday. Called a week early spoke to a very lovely person thought all was good. Even confirmed if they could deliver earlier in the day.Day of the delivery find out that they wrote the name of the street address incorrectly even though I had her spell it back to me when I placed the order.By 3:15pm flowers are still not delivered. Call to find out what is happening. Was told they would be delivered within the next hour.At 6:00pm brother-in-law contacts me to say flowers have still not arrived.Call florist back. Claims they were delivered. Then she calls delivery driver to have very heated call that I can heart to come back and say they will be delivered in next 5-10 mins.Are you kidding me. What a joke. They are not even home now as they have gone for dinner.Thank you Sally's Florist for making my sister's 50th birthday such a stressful day!
