I haven't been to this location in years, and it's changed! It's clean, bright, inviting and organized now, right from when you walk in the door. It was such a pleasant change from the old stuffed and crowded and dreary feeling store that it used to be.The staff were attentive and efficient.

The print shop leaves something to be desired. They’re busy and you can tell the staff can get overwhelmed and flustered from helping customers and filling orders at the same time. Overall Staples hasn’t been the worst experience. They seem to stock whatever I need for the business I help manage (staples, printer ink, special paper, etc). Cashiers are pleasant enough and don’t go above and beyond or anything. This location serves its purpose.

Place had no employees to help with the printing, saying all three of the employees were 'sick'. They spent my money as if it was a joke. They do not understand how to use they're own materials and work supplies. They are getting paid for what? Please fix your employment issue immediately.

Great store to buy office and school supplies. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are affordable. Parking is not an issue and the store is just by the road side.

I’m having to give her 1 star cause i wanted to share mine experience otherwise she doesn’t deserve any. I went staples to print something out. I’m not familiar with these kinda things so i needed help to use the printer, and i asked the customer service associate multiple times for help. But that punjabi girl proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me, walked away and attended to other customers. I waited about 40 mins and still didn't get any help. I had to video call my friend to help me, and explain how to use the printer. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated as a customer! Please review your employees' performance, so that other customers won't be treated the same way I was!

5 stars just cause this Staples location is very convenient to drop off Fedex, Purolator, DHL parcels/returns.The staff is quick to assist and will provide you receipt if you ask for it.

Generally, I don't write reviews but this store has terrible service, so here you go: Awful experience, no help on the floor even though there were many associates present at that time but they were all busy giggling and talking with each other. Inefficient management with zero customer service. Wish Google had a 0-star review option after visiting this store today.

Went to buy ink cartridge and ask an associate for help. Showed her a picture of my printer model number to insure I got the right one. Well, got home took everything out the box and it was the wrong one. Called to see what they can do but all I got was customer service with a side of attitude. Telling me that “ink cartridges are non refundable and one of those things that you have to know what you’re buying”Thank you but that was exactly why I asked your associate for assistance in the first place.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the shipping centre of Fedex in this Staples location. Went there to pick up a package which would literally take few minutes and there was only one person ahead of me in the line. Lady Employee called Chiaka was super super slow and took hours to attend other people. She also seemed to be highly racist as she attended other people first even though I was standing in the line for so long. The other employee told her that my package checkout would take literally 1 minute but she didn’t listen to her. She wanted to get done with the other tasks for other people that was very time consuming. She just didn’t want to help me out and god knows why! The other employee was nice enough to jump in and dispense me my package, kudos to her! Horrible experience.
