Booked a return flight with this airline but no plane showed up on our outbound flight. After contacting the airline I was told they thought we cancelled the flight? We obviously didn’t because we were at the airport but there were no other passengers. I assume they cancelled because there was no other booking with this flight as previous reviews already mentioned. If not enough passengers, they will simply cancel the flight. Because we did not took the outbound flight we didn’t need the return flight. Asked the airline to refund the tickets but this is now 2 months ago and still no refund after multiple emails and phone calls.Do not book a flight with this airline unless you can risk to not fly that day and also don’t expect a refund.

The best reason to fly with Cascadia Air could be their professional courtesy or their profound commitment to the passengers' needs, well-being, and comfort. Some passengers adore the safe, discrete, and efficient boarding procedures that make their travel like taking an airt-taxi. Others could love Cascadia Air because of the delicious food, beverages, and human care found in the small airport from which the company operates. I was amazed by their travels before being happy about reaching my destination. Could you imagine traveling among a paradise made of inlets, islands, green, lush, white snow-peaks, blu ocean, and pink sky? The travel itself is worth the price, a joy for the eyes and the heart.

The company advertised and sold online flights Abbotsford to Chilliwack for travelers stranded by the flood. The flight was booked and paid and the company had no signage at the airport (YXX) and did not show, did not call or notify.

Flights from Vancouver to chilliwack always delayed. Today was told could not be picked up at 10am. Ok fine. They said 11:30. At 11:30, they email and say not til 12:30 now. We made plans to be there on time from other flights just to wait 3 hours. Will not be using the service again, not sure why they have so many options for fly time when they cant make those times anyways. Would not reccommend this from Vancouver to chilliwack.

Booked a flight well in advance of my trip. It was complicated and Cascadia Air was the solution. Unfortunately for me and 3 other passengers, not enough seats were sold, so the flight is cancelled two days and a few hours prior to departure. I can still get home via WestJet, to Kelowna, not Vernon, which the cab ride will be 10-12 times as much, plus WestJet flight will cost me 30-40% more today than had I booked it when I chose Cascadia. Out of pocket big time. Not happy, will not recommend. I am out of pocket for extra Uber expense and last minute booking flight with WestJet about 450.00. It has been 4+ weeks still no refund.

First time flying with Cascadia Air today. I will be continuing to use this service. So much better flying out of Abbotsford.Quick and easy loading and off loading, comfortable seats, laid back atmosphere, smooth flight, not expensive.I was able to park within a 2 minute walk from where the plane takes off. Not having to deal with the sh*t show of Vancouver Airport is worth its weight in gold.

Really awful service. Outbound was delayed by more than 2 hours and made an unscheduled stop to pick up passengers mid-way (on a 30 min flight). No communication about this. Zero. We were all just left standing in the airport wondering if we would ever leave. Note that while they have a desk at the airports they travel to, they are not staffed so you have to call their 1 (yes 1) customer service person and hope that she answers. People on my flight missed international flights as a result. I was scarily close to missing a cross-country flight.Return flight on the same journey was cancelled with no notice and no compensation or alternate flight arranged. Their solution was that I get someone to pick me up"...who this someone is

We flew from Penticton to Pitt Meadows return Dec 27-Dec 30 on Cascadia Air.Yes they are 6 seaters, but they are a good alternative if you have to fly to Pitt Meadows, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley or Vancouver.Great customer service. Keep up the good work. Will be flying with you guys again and spreading good word of mouth advertising.Thanks Justin and Mike

Cascadia cancelled my flight from Tofino to Vancouver 2 days before my flight with no apologies or reason for the cancellation. I've been waiting since September (this is now January) for the refund for the cancelled flight. Do not book with this airline.
