The grooming staff are absolutely lovely. Our very skittish large dog was washed and smelling great when we got her back. And our senior shepherd had an extra pep in his step after a great deshedding treatment. Staff were friendly and informative.

10 out of 10 experience at this location with the wonderful Courtney! We were able to talk fish, and she was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the welcoming experience, right from the moment I walked in.It was really nice to see clean tanks and well stocked and taken care of live feeders.I will be making the trip to this location in the future!

We normally shop at Global Pet Foods on Victoria (who are amazing) but decided to visit Petsmart at this location for the first time because we were in the area. I needed some guidance on options for dog food as I was looking into changing my dogs food due to health reasons. I explained what kind of food I was looking for and a little about my dog. The staff person didn’t look interested and not even sure she was listening and another staff person redirected to my vet without any questions about if I had spoken to my vet (which I had). It was clear they didn’t want to help. I knew I should have just gone to my usual pet store where there is knowledgeable and caring staff. Won’t be back here.

Staff are kind ànd helpful

Very clean and organized. Got a couple hermit crabs for my son and the pet care person was very helpful in answering questions. The grooming salon is also very nice, very very convenient being able to pay when I pick up my pets rather than going back and forth to a cashier at the front. I bring my shepherd mix and my sphynx cats there and they always come back clean and smelling great. My dog is always super happy to show off how good she smells after haha.

Takes a lot for me to rate 1 star but that was by far the WORST experience in a pet store in a long time.Is it neat, clean and organized? Yes.Could I find a staff member to save my life? NOPE! ONE cashier and no other cash or floor staff to be seen.When I asked the cashier for help, she refused stating she couldn't leave cashOkay, not that anyone was around (Silvercreek PetSmart will leave cash if they have no customer to help you and if they can't, before you can blink they have someone paged to help). I asked the cashier to page someone. She gave a disgusted sigh & said I'd have to wait.Oh I'm sorry I interrupted you picking at your nails.Did not get help, did not make a purchase and will NOT be back.Oh and the random people wanting to pet a CLEARLY LABELED Service Dog was astounding. I know that's not the company but COMMON SENSE!

The store was very neat, very clean and well organized which I really appreciated. I wandered around a bit first but ultimately I was there to pick up an online order. I go to the counter, there was a staff member straightening up a table at the front and then she asked what she could help me with. I told her what I was there for and she goes “okay but I’m going to go help those people check out first” even though I was standing there first, at the time I was the only one there and those people she was talking about hadn’t even walked up to the tills yet. It was really frustrating because it would have taken 2 seconds to grab my order but instead she decided that I wasn’t as important as the people who were making their way to checkout. Stood there while she chatted with them, and eventually another staff lady came over (who was SO friendly and lovely) and helped me out. Overall I’d say it was a decent experience, but the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of customer service.
