Fort Garry Tower - Hazelview Properties

Living here has been TRAUMATIZING for my partner and I, the building was INFESTED with ROACHES for the whole time we lived here. There were NESTS in our toaster, blender.. etc which we had to throw away. Then we had to deal with HORDES of BED BUGS. It took nearly a year to get our rent deposit back after all this. Ammy (manager) has been rude and short with me through this process.

I want to say that our experience in this building has been fantastic. The building manager (Ammy) is really nice, she speaks English and Spanish and this is awesome for new comers, because sometimes you cannot find the correct words to explain the things that you would like to have in your new home. Additionally, Garry (or Superman) is really kind, he is always giving the support to the building (all tenants love him).It is important to mention that in our apartment we haven't had any problems with bugs as somebody mentioned.Thanks guys. You are doing a great job for all of us. Keep it up!

I had an amazing experience leasing an apartment through Hazelview Properties. For the past 2 years, things have improved tremendously! When I first moved in 3 years ago, I didn't feel safe in the building at all as there were always questionable tenants, visitors in and out constantly, police cars out front and building managers were changing constantly. Since Ammy took over, they have improved security, the wellness of the building (constant pest control, fixing what's broken, etc.), did beautiful landscaping out front with a seating area, added a new gym and the friendliness of the building team has been very pleasant. Every time we have a concern, we are addressed quickly and efficiently. We love living here and want to thank Ammy, Garry and team for taking care of the tenants and building so well. :)

Highly recommend Ms.Tien the leasing consultant agent as she represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced.Everyone in the team management are nice and respectful too.The building is well maintained and Information about the place was informative.Ms.Tien was transparent answering any questions and the responses to the questions were clear and where necessary detailed enough for to make informed decisions quickly.

As a client, I had a wonderful experience at Hazelview Properties. This is only my second rental experience in Canada and I was worried about many things. I have been a Resident of Fort Garry Tower for 17 years, and i love the building so much, the access to the river walk, the forks and what makes living at 70 Garry street even better is the Management team that is on site, from the Building Manager Melissa, to the maintenance crew, they do an amazing job taking care of tenants here. Such a great place to live. Thanks for the great memories Hazelview Properties.

Fort garry tower have beautiful apartments with affordable prices. I am excited to start living there and i am grateful for the help that Tien gave me and my partner through the application process, she was really nice with us and we got approved within a few weeks thanks to her efficiency. Excited to move in soon! :)

Great Experience!What a support you guys have shown during flooding of building due to watermain break!People like me don't have family support to depend on during uncertain times. Management acted like a family providing food and temporary residence. I would totally recommend renting here. Been staying here for over an year and so far the management is super reliable and understanding. Greatly appreciated and delighted to be with TimbercreekI wished I had apartment pictures, though I'm posting pictures of all the experiences you can at a walking distance, maybe sitting at your apartment too, its great!Surrounding area is one of the safest in downtown too!
