We paid $50 dollars and the car had still too many stains and mud in some parts of the exterior, not cleaned properly... Really disappointed, I tried to get an explanation of why I had to pay this amount, the guy did not even want to explain me and in a very rude tone he told me that was the total, I did not want to get into any conflict, paid and had to leave. Lack of empathy and customer service

I made an online reservation to have my car washed and when I arrive at the site, the employee tells me that it is already closed. They must respect people's time.
