My daughter, husband, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Piazza Bistro last night. The new owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic and memorable dinner experience. The service is very friendly, smooth, and professional. The recommended dishes (especially the chicken in Marsala wine and mushrooms with potatoes and vegetables) and red wines were divine. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and chic. We look forward to frequenting this restaurant. Overall: outstanding!

The mushroom arancini is reason enough to try this place. Cozy little restaurant in Oakville, I have nothing bad to say. The grilled calamari, the focaccia and olive oil, the tiramisu; I loved it all. It’s a must-try and I will be back.

Ruined an amazing place to eat in Oakville to reap profit and cut cost. No welcoming or appreciation from new owners, savoury meat plates gone, owners sitting at bar eating and on phones while ignoring customers while employees worked their tails off. No music no atmosphere. So sad loved this place. Won’t be back.

I spent a vacation in Canada/TO and I can say with certainty that it was the worst service I had during my stay. And it wasn't the weekend, it was a normal Tuesday. Bad service, dishes took a long time to be served. And yet one of them came wrong. Between the starters and the main course, our table was left with dirty plates for a long time. They only took it out when we asked.- Very good calamari.- Tasteless burrata.- Dry Margherita Pizza.- Fungui pizza very good- Pasta with shrimp, regular flavor- Veal parmigiana, regular flavor

Good food and vibe overall. The service was okay, some of the servers were not very friendly. For apps I’d highly recommend the rice balls and calamari. For the mains the veal and pizza iwere really good. Fairly small portions as well.

The restaurant is located in a fantastic location, it’s such a shame that the food and service are so mediocre/overpriced for what they offer. The staff were fine, just a bunch of teenagers who are not trained properly and do not really know what they’re doing.

Hosted a private family event here and cannot say enough good things about the experience! From the planning to the execution everything was spot on. Great location, great vibes, great food, great wine and the service was unreal!! Looking forward to the next family celebration we have here!Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Had a delightful midweek dinner date on the patio with a view of the Town Square where a private event was being entertained by a live musician whom we enjoyed as well. But not more than the food at Piazza! The GF mushroom pizza was just out of this world. The wine bottles were half price, so we chose the Chianti and it did not disappoint. The service was lovely and they let us stay way past closing time. Highly recommend!

Service was a bit strange. Was seated and waited at least 10 minutes before a server acknowledged our table. I found the service to be a bit slow. Food was tasty. The cheesecake was my favourite! The atmosphere was quite relaxing.
