The overall atmosphere of Jessica's studio is very accepting and welcoming of anyone coming through her doors. she has many options for people with a wide variety of muscle issues and spiritual therapy. I highly recommend any of her treatments for she is very well read/ experienced in her field.

She was truly so kind and warm. Im a bit shy and Jessica made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very amazing massage, and I felt spiritually uplifted after that experience, I recommend her to anyone with a lot of stress or anxiety. I'll be back for sure:)!

My experience with F.L.Y was 5 stars. The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to identify and address target areas and provide much needed relief to over worked and tense muscles. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a deep tissue massage to book an appointment with her.

Equilibrium Registered Massage Therapy
Hands down the absolute best massage I've ever had. She really knows what she's doing with lymph drainage for my arm that has lymphedema. I have a lot of pain from after effects from cancer and Jessica always makes me feel like a new woman when I leave there. It is super easy to book an appointment. Her COVID policy is great too. I feel safe and comfortable there. Would recommend 100%.
