KNOTS Jui-Jitsu is the best! Cassio is by far the most knowledgeable Jui Jitsu coaches I have ever been in contact with. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, someone looking to get in shape, or you want to be an active competitor on the mats. Cassio has the tools and know how to help get you there! Great coaching, great atmosphere, great team! Keep up the good work KNOTS!

Our 3 kids go to knots and absolutely LOVE it. The atmosphere and teaching styles are incredible. It is a fun and safe environment that allows our kids to learn and expend their extra energy. Cassio and coach Ian have such a great dynamic, friendly, kind and knowledgeable and our kids love them. Natasha is incredible and you can see how much she loves being around the kids. So glad we joined this amazing community

Our son and daughter are in Knots jujitsu program in Fredericton for almost a year now. Cassio goes above and beyond to have amazing classes for his trainee and his wife Natasha even joined the class so my daughter wouldn’t be the only girl. We are currently in lockdown and our children talk about going back to classes daily they miss it so much.We are very glad to have chosen knots jujitsu.

Knots is an amazing place to learn Jiu Jitsu. I have been going there since April and it is such a friendly environment to be a part of. All of my teammates are very fun to work with and are happy to help. Above all Cassio Martins is an amazing coach who cares not just about teaching, but he also cares for each and every one of his students and makes everyone feel welcomed.

Cassio is an amazing coach and a great person. He’s great with kids, helping them to learn the sport and develop confidence along the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into BJJ, or just looking for a new sport for your kid.

I had No background in any martial arts and went for a trial class and instantly loved it there. I've been training BJJ at Knots Jiu-Jitsu for about 8 months now. it is a very welcoming place and the Head Coach Cassio is Fantastic with great skills and deep knowledge. the gym is very Clean and has a great atmosphere to it. Highly recommend the place.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Cassio is an extremely knowledgable guy who's been on the mats his whole life, and you can tell he truly cares about his students. Doesn't matter if you are beginner or advanced, kids or adults, Knots BJJ has stuff for everyone. The atmosphere and people who attend this gym are nice and supportive, which is key when choosing a gym to train. I went here for over a year and a half before moving away and don't have one negative thing to say. Highly recommend going here.
