Lately, at least once a week my Dr is faxing scripts to Rafik, they're processed and delivered and it is a huge weight off of my mind to not have to sort out how to get my meds to me.There was an issue with our health insurance card/numbers and he was so diligent about solving it for us (error on insurance side) to make sure there weren't obstacles to getting my meds.Rafik has been reliable and it has made the utmost difference for me and my health, he's a pillar of support even if he doesn't realize how much.Thank you, Rafik.

Dima is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, she’s so professional so humble, made me feel very at ease especially when she gave me the flu injection. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The pharmacist works so hard. He is kind, considerate, accommodating and I can’t stress enough hard working. His pharmacy is stocked with well priced essentials. If you give this place a try for your prescriptions, please show the same respect you will be given. I don’t want this unicorn of a pharmacy to change

I love coming here. I am on a whole collection of medications that are constantly being changed, and the pharmacists are more knowledgeable and more actively engaged in my health than any of my practitioners have ever been. Everyone is lovely when it comes to medication information, talking about health, etc - but they're also all just really lovely to chat with, overall. My previous experiences with pharmacies have always been incredibly impersonal and dismissive - but since switching to Healthmed, I actually look forward to coming to the pharmacy after the doctor so they can translate him for me lol.

I’ve used this pharmacy multiple times now, and definitely prefer them over Shoppers. The pharmacists care, they offer fantastic recommendations… not just pharmaceutical recommendations, but natural too.. which is especially nice when you have children. They work with you to make sure you’re not being price gouged, and like I said… they really care about your health. 5/5 stars!

UPDATE: I wanted to mention that the new pharmacist Dima has been outstanding in her care for me and my family. I recently had a very tough surgery and she has made sure to have all my meds ready and went the extra mile in making sure I was cared for properly. I was hesitant when Rafik left, but I am not going anywhere! Thank you Dima all your care is appreciated:)————————————————————————-Rafik is the best pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. He is always kind, thoughtful, and he always follows up on his patients. At least in my family’s case he sure does! I cannot say enough great things about the service. I trust him with my medications and reach out with concerns and they are always answered in a prompt and caring manner. You would be lucky to have him as your pharmacist.

I got my 3rd dose of Covid shot at this pharmacy and I don't recommend it for getting your vaccine there. I have never been treated so harsh by tapping on my arm so hard like hitting and injecting so hard and deep which was very painful. Also the pharmacist didn't change his gloves for each patient. He was doing all his paper work with the same gloves. There was also no sanitizer not even for his own usage.

It’s a privilege to write my review to this pharmacy. First of all, the pharmacy very clean, nice and has a great positive environment. Secondly, the pharmacy team friendly, quick in processing prescription and do their best to help. The pharmacist ( Dima) is so professional, knowledge and efficient in all pharmacy services such as counselling and injection. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a comprehensive drug store to visit Healthmed pharmacy
