Update Oct.2021:Our Mom has now lived here for 20 months and it has been an incredible support facility. The staff are very caring to the residents and going through the CV19 waves they kept everyone safe and maintained regular detailed updates to all family members. The nursing staff are very professional in the most difficult of times. We are still very pleased that we chose Chartwell Gibson!---------The facility is very nice and relaxing to enjoy. The staff are endlessly helpful in making sure my mom is settling in and enjoys her new home. The food is done well and has been a highlight so far. The location is very easy to access from the neighboring 400 series highways. The staff have done a great job on keeping mom calm and focused on the daily activities there. The management made the process of admitting mom a very smooth transition compared to various other facilities we tried to enter.

Doing my placement at Chartwell Gibson has been a memorable part to of my educational journey. I had great experience in working with the Food Service Management and dietary team. Thank you for making Gibson a home for me for the past 6 weeks.

Chartwell Gibson Retirement Residence is an exceptional place to live in. When we visited, we were immediately greeted with the brightest of smiles. It was evident that the staff are incredibly committed to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the residents. They plan a variety of engaging events and pay special attention to individual needs and preferences. We were so impressed that the staff seemed to know all of the residents by name and made them feel like family. They are currently free from COVID-19 and take great care in maintaining the well-being of each and every resident. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit Chartwell Gibson Retirement Residence to experience first-hand the high level of care that they provide to residents, and we are looking forward to visiting again soon. My mother has been at Chartwell Gibson for over two years and our family could not be more happy with the facility and the staff. The entire staff are always pleasant and they are always providing excellent care. It has been a pleasure to visit mom as she is well taken care of and she loves the staff and the environment. Gibson has cultivated a unique, caring culture, which is displayed by the staff when they interact with the residents.

I had a great tour with Jennifer! She is kind and knowledgeable and provides informative information about the community, services, and activities. The atmosphere at Chartwell Gibson is welcoming, and the staff is excellent. They try to make residents feel comfortable and a part of the family.

I came in for a tour for my family member and left with a referral for a job within chartwell, very thankful for Jennifer & Vida for the warmth and helpfulness and would refer the Gibson to anyone looking for new home in retirement living!

I worked for gibson as a nurse for almost 2 months now. I can say that staff and management are really helpful and passionate on what they are doing. As part of their team we make sure that residents is our always top priority.

Chartwell Gibson Retirement home may be small but the staff have the largest hearts when it comes to caring for the Residents, Families and Employees. I was fortunate to work here for only a year, but the time I spent there will stay with me forever. I feel like I have a family for life. Very knowledgeable care team make Gibson the safest place to live, especially during the pandemic.
