Had a issue with my smoker, took it in so they could diagnose the problem. They call me when they found the problem and a price to repair it. Repairs were done in a couple of days and a phone call to let me know when it was finished. They did a test run on my smoker after the repair was done to make sure everything was working as it should. Excellent work, great communication with the customer (me) very happy with my experience .

Had a great experience stopping by. We stopped by a couple weeks ago and weren’t sure what kind of smoker would work for us, James helped us to decide what kind and size of pellet smoker we wanted without any pressure to make a sale. We stopped in today and picked up the broil king regal 400. Tim was very helpful when we were arranging to have it put together for us and helped us with picking out the pellets . Was great. We will definitely stopping by again

Great quality accessories, and a great opportunity to shop local. I bought the A-maze-N smoker maze from them and it worked like a charm. Gave my pork tenderloin a lovely smokey flavor. I can't wait to try cold smoking cheese!

I purchased my Napoleon Prestige with Tim’s time and help. He was very honest about the BBQs and took his time to help me understand everything so I purchased the best one for my family. Furthermore, he has always been helpful when I called to discuss details about the BBQ or grilling. I will continue to buy from this store.

Soo cool! We bought lemon tree wood to smoke with on the bbq. I thought it was reasonably priced. They also had orange wood that they had done wings on. I took a few, and wish I would have taken more! We will be going back. The owners are very sweet and take the time to answer any questions you might have.

My friend and me are looking for a camping stove. I found this store and come to visit, pretty much everything related barbecue are all here in Saskatoon where is the best store for it.Portable camp folding stove and small size propane stove are all available!The shopkeeper is really nice and be very patient to explain each style in details and even show us how to install and take in parts for transfer.If you are looking for something about barbecue cooking equipments, here we go.
