Continental Currency Exchange

First time using a forex service outside of my regular bank and Omolola was very friendly, patient and helpful! Their rate was also slightly better than others so I definitely will continue using them.

I Called the markham location an specifically ask for certain denominations and i was informed i would have to wait 2 business days an didn't receive what we asked for ,very disappointed in the outcome and service. Definitely not returning to this location!

Poor: Definitely not my go to location. Was my first time at this location and received ok service. Very strict ladies working, not willing to do much for customer satisfaction compared to other locations. Left stressed and unhappy.Good: Rates like every continental are fair. Beats going to a bank if they actually have your currency in stock.

Opens at 9:30 while other places open at 10. The rate is usually cheaper than the banks. Sometimes the banks won't accept small denominations of uncommon currencies (ie Chinese yuan) and it's these places that will take them. This place has the exchange rates posted so you can see what you're getting/compare it with the bank's rate.

The worst currency exchange place you can go to. It is not the rates but the attitude. Asked Taylor if she had new bills to change some Canadian into Mexican Pesos and she asked what's that? I explained crisp bills, bills without writing, soiling, staining. Can I see them. Super reluctantly she gets up from her chair and brings out a stack of ragged, limp dirty Pesos that are fit for the shredder. So ended up taking only $300 CDN in Pesos. She counts them out and then promptly rubs hand sanitizer. I wonder why?Then I ask her for USD but again new bills. Again she ask why, I have never heard anyone asking for new bills. Maybe because when you go to South America there are a lot of fake USD and people do not accept damaged or dirty notes. Again she says she had never heard of anyone needing new bills and I get the eye roll.Excellent customer service /sI should have gone to the ATM and gotten USD. At least machines don't give you attitude.

Was there on Monday around noon and the tall black lady was soooo rude. (description is for the purposes of identification only, not due to any racial bias) she kept rolling her eyes every time she had to ask us a question about the exchange. After about 20 minutes of her typing on the computer we asked how much longer it will take and she gave everything back to us and said go somewhere else if you’re in a hurry. That was very unprofessional and wasted 20 minutes of our time to even exchange the cash.

Supposed to be open till 7pm. Have been waiting at the Markville location for 20 mins from 6pm and nobody is at the desk….. and there is a line-up.

Went there yesterday Sunday around 4 pm the lady in counter serving one person and there were two more people lining up and then i lined up then she said they are closed already and will not accept customers anymore, it was only 4 pm and the place closes at 5 pm. WHY NOT SERVE THE ONES WHO LINED UP ALREADY AND THEN FINISH UP. I dont understand the customer service here , she will lose lots of customers if she treats people like that, no consideration at all.

I had a good experience here. Purchased Mexico pesos and American. The rates are good and Taylor gave me awesome service.I would definitely recommend this place
