*Buyer beware* paint peeling issueSpotted paint peeling from the inside the edge between the roof and rear windshield (manufacturer defect) on my 2015 Civic that I bought here in fall 2018. I brought it to this Dealership in the fall 2021. They were pretty aware of this common issue and the representative said that mine wasn’t that bad among those that he has seen. He said he would get approval on the work and the issue was fixed a few weeks later on goodwill. However, a few weeks later I found more paint peeling around the edge of trunk cover. I called again and brought my car to the dealership. This time, another representative insisted that this was not covered on the warranty (3 years) and I was lucky to get it repaired last time. Then he said: didn’t you bring your car to another dealership in March 2020 and got refused? I said: Nope! I bought my car here why would I go to another? What dealership? What work did I request? He said he couldn’t see details in his system. So not only that they refused to stand by their quality but also treated me as a scammer?! I only became aware of this paint issue in Spring 2021! Anyway, very disappointed that Honda would not stand by their reputation. Please google Honda paint peeling so that you know what you get yourself into and budget repaint cost before you purchase a Honda!Update 2023: more paint peeling on the right side from the inner corner of rear windshield. Answer from Honda: we do not have Body Shop. Not covered under any warranty.

5 star experience with Josef H , very knowledgeable and informative helped us choose the perfect CRV . Took his time to answer any questions I had and really took good care of us . I have delt with this dealer ship since early 2000 and go over 5 cars from there till last time few months ago when Sales manager called Bakr was there, the rudest unprofessional person I have ever met, don't deal with him if you ever go there. I have sent emails to Honda but no response and will not quit till i have this person learn his lesson of dealing with customers properly. Still working on getting to head office of Honda Canada.

I recently took my car in for repairs, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received.First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Oleksiy Starovoytov - he took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs that were needed and answered all of my questions in a clear and understandable manner. They also provided me with a detailed estimate of the costs involved, so I knew exactly what to expect before the work began.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Honda.

We just picked up our third Honda at Honda Des Sources. The Sales Manager Bakr was truly very professional, honest, and attentive to our needs ! He is a pleasure to deal with! We felt that 'he is on our team'. The administrative portion was efficiently handled by Emile. Julia was excellent in delivering the car to us and explained everything patiently to with enthusiasm. A warm and friendly touch with this whole team. I would also like to add that I was also very pleased with all interactions with the service department. They are top notch and provide options, again making us feel that they work in the clients interest!

I went to Honda Des Sources to get my A/C fixed. I met with Oleksiy and Rabia, who took the time to explain the issue and how much it will cost into details! Both of them are very professionals. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Hello, be very careful. I have a very bad experience at Honda Des source. The personnel here are not experts and do not have much experience. They charge the customer without considering the benefits of the customer. They charge the customer for several hours to diagnose for a simple defect, and when the customer He complains that they are reducing the charged hours. My car is a Honda CRV. My original remote starter did not work. The first time I went there, after two hours they told me that you have an error. This should be fixed first. After two hours, they asked for a part. I was charged about 150 after the second visit. After the second visit, the part was changed. I was charged again for about 250 dollars, and neither the remote starter nor the error was fixed. And charged me about 500$finally saying that we need several more hours of troubleshooting to find the fault. Be very careful
