I went to Co-op for a car wash after someone spit on my door. I went in an asked for a car, paid, and then as soon as the cashier handed me the receipt he told me the car wash was closed. I said I wouldn't have bought the car wash there if I knew it was closed. He told me it's good for 24 months. I paid $17 and asked for a refund and he refused. He asked his coworker to deal with this lady" (me). I was not impolite. Rude customer service and I still have spit on my car."

I paid for a car wash at the pump with no warning that the car wash was out of service. No problem, however when I asked for a refund the gentleman behind the counter refused. I paid for a service that day which they were unable to provide and they wouldn't give my money back - a bit of a scam.It is confusing and short-sighted because the operator is undoubtedly losing more business by not giving a refund than the gross profit on an individual car wash.

Worst car wash in town. Don't come here to wash your car. It is useless. Went in dirty, came out still dirty. Avoid at any cost. Would give 0 if possible.
