I had a great shopping experience here, Annu is very patient and helpful, I tried out a lot leather jackets but she never complaints and always get me the size I needed. And she picked up a jeans for me which turned out to be one of my favorite! Will definitely come back again! Thank you Annu.

My husband and I just discovered this wonderful store last week.The clothes are beautiful and cool! I was helped by Victoria who couldn’t have been lovelier . I was there again yesterday and everyone was helpful and kind.I will definitely become a regular customer for sure! I had one of the best customer service experiences at All Saints. I went in unsure of what to get my husband but Muskan had guided me throughout the whole time. She honestly has a great fashion sense and definitely had a lot of patience. I ended up buying 2 leather jackets myself. Thank you Muskan!!

I had such an exceptional experience shopping at this All Saints that I had to write a review. Victoria, the manager was so friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. She advised me on sizing, suggested options and then brought Manthan over to try things on for me so I could send options to my daughter (it was a gift for her boyfriend). Manthan was very, very helpful offering styling tips and excellent advice. They both genuinely seem pleased to help and enjoyed their job. Quality is top notch, the store was tidy and well organized. I’ll make a point of shopping there again. Thank you!

I went in to store to make a purchase and i was assisted by one of the managers on the floor. i asked for current promotion and the manger said 40% off the store and i mentioned to her that i also have 10% coupon from the premium outlet to shop at all saints and she said if i can show her the coupon she will apply the 10% but later she changed her mind and said i cannot apply the coupon since we are running 40% sale, i can only do if we are running 30% sale. How can manager first says she will honour 10% but later when customer agrees to buy she changes her mind. Pretty bad customer service by all saints. i hope all saints looks into this and come forward with a response? if you can sell items on boxing day @50% i am sure your employees can stick to their words. looking forward to response back from ALL SAINTS.

Im amazed why prices are so much higher than London UK, prices will be cheaper for me if i buy directly from London and get it shipped from Family by post!!
