FRAUD.. Don’t trust the words. If you are not getting the stuff right away, don’t buy. Delivered a broken Mandir and no response.Don’t pay cash to save tax. Get a proper bill so that you are noT at his mercy. Hope I can recover some of my money through small claims court.Bought a customized Mandir to be delivered, only to receive a broken one after 8 months.

The owner and the sales person (specially the guy with beard and turban) is so rude. I went to their store and the guy yelled at me when I politely asked him about the delivery of the product. He asked me to leave the store immediately which was very disrespectful. His approach was threatening and derogatory. Never gonna go back to that store. I don’t understand how they are running their business with no customer care service approach at all. One of my friends also suffered for their fraudulent behaviour. They took money from them but never deliver their product even after 6months passed by. This shop needs to be reported and flagged to the authority/ city of Toronto. Doing business by the name of God while mischieveing people. Shame on them!

The store ja good. They have good collection of Indian temple.The store manager \ Owner very humble.!I have heard that there are good and cheaper stores in Brampton. But to be honest I did not find much difference.We finally took the temple from amazon as our budget was low. But we did bought Puja saman from this store

We had an amazing experience shopping with maharani emporium. We have been dropping by on and off for a very long time here and can’t complain about a thing. Vast variety of goods and very versatile products. Great hospitality has alway been a cherry on the top of cake.Strongly reckon this place…

I see quite a bit of fraud reviews and seems like it gets covered up by other “reviews” but we went there for Diwali shopping. Yes, they do offer variety of stuff all good but I asked them about prices for something and my partner who was in the front over heard them literally making up prices which was way more than I expected to hear; since i had a general idea of what it would cost from my earlier shopping from a different city.Anyways, I did end up getting few stuff coz I had to but there was no price tag for anything and paid way more than I expected. I would warn anyone going there to expect everything to be cost $20-$40 more than you expected. I do hope the one change they can make within the store is actually put prices in their items, coz $15 for a piece of badly printed poster in the name of “decoration” is just way too much.

I am happy after buying temple(mandir for home) from this place. Additionally the shop has variety of mandirs. If you are in Toronto then this place is perfect for buying pooja smagris and idols.Even they offer delivery services so that you can place your order from any province.

Frauds, cheaters of all times. Guys, we bought mandir from them, they charged $1200 for it, and given all broken and cracked pieces. Upon complaining he refused to even come and see by himself. He first promised delivery in 1 month, and then delayed delivery by 2 months.. giving excuses and at the end of 2 months we received this broken mandir. Door is broken, parts are missing, wired are rotten/joint (not sure even if it is as per safety standards or not). We asked them to replace it, owner simply denied. Cracks and defects are all clearly visible, owner will turn a blind eye, saying no I and my labour can't see any fault. Your product will not be replaced. Please beware and don't get cheated by these fraud people. You cheaters please fear god. You played with someone's hard earned money and cheated. Where will you answer god, you should be punished legally, and by God also. These frauds didn't even accept their fault, rather they will send you rude Whatsapp voice notes. Anyone who needs more proofs against them contact me but please don't fall into their trap.

I got this brass idol of Mata rani from this place even the clothes too. The place offers variety of items at a reasonable price and the customer services was also good. Best place for buying idols in toronto at gerrard street.
