Make you wait for at-least 20 25 minutes to get your coffee! The location was not that rushy but still had to wait around 20 25 minutes to get my order of 1 coffee.They seem busy serving the drive through customers

Just came from Waterloo and came to this Starbucks and they service was amazing! Friendly staff and made my day a lot better with their kindness and their super tasty beverages! Will definitely come back again next time on another road trip

If I could give a zero I would!! Staff have zero sense of urgency nor do they care to get orders out in a timely manner. I was third in the drive thru line but still waited over 15 mins to get my order! This happens every time without fail! I now understand why people drive out of their way to the Cornwall location to get their coffees.

Staff are very noisy & the flow of their workspace is disturbing to the customers. The prep area is on one side while storage is on the opposite & close to where customers stay creating traffic & noise of staff speaking with high tones & doors being shut all the time. Additionally, two staff apparently had a virtual meeting & they located themselves at the biggest table of the store & were not using any headsets, so yes whomever was speaking to them froM the other end was clearly audibly to all customers.Service is quick & staff were pleasant.

I enjoy coming to this location everyone is friendly and nice.. but 1 girl who works there put an inch of water into my drink.I didn't ask for water down and if it didn't come out to how much a venti should be then just top it off right? but even after she added an inch of water to my drink it wasn't even full.This is the 2nd time I had this has happen to me and it was the same girl both times.Sheesh.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks which I did by mobile order. Looks like they hired lots of new untrained staff all at once and it's a hot mess express. Anna kept making the wrong drinks which caused more delays in everyone's orders. Please train your staff properly to avoid long and unnecessary wait times.

Not a fan of this location. There is this specific person who works the drive thru and she just does not know what she is doing. She either gets the order wrong, dismisses me while ordering and today she told me to get out of the car to get my drinks because her back hurts and she can’t lean in the drive thru. Like why work the drive thru then?
