I was charged over $534 for a very basic plumbing repair under a bathroom sink that took less than an hour. The work done (although professional) seemed overpriced (in my opinion) They do provide an estimate prior to proceeding. Obviously I had little to no choice because I had a leaking sink. I'll give credit where credit is due- they were able to respond within an hour of a phone call. The technician was friendly, and courteous. They then provided a complimentary" inspection of the remaining plumbing

Same day service, fast and efficient. Tub was clogged and Happi came right away. Great job and thank you!

I called Mr Swirl in the morning with a clogged kitchen drain. They gave me an appointment for later the same day. They called and confirmed when the tech would arrive and they were on time. Jackie had a tight space to work in but he managed to get the job done. Great service. I would definitely call them again.

I had some several issues with my sink, washer, dryer and hot water tank as it was done by some unprofessional organization before by previous owner. So I called several plumbing companies, mostly not available. Then luckily I got Mr.Swirl Plumbing and Mr. Upkar & team showed up on Monday, inspected properly and gave me the quote. Today (Wednesday), all work done in few hours which I couldn't believe. Very reasonable charges, neat and clean work. Now we are totally relaxed. Everything done as per the city code and safety manuals. Didn't damage the dry wall as much I expected. Didn't added any unnecessary parts or services. Done with whatever is presented. Very humble, knowledgeable, experienced and honest people. Highly recommended Upkar & team.

Harjot, plumber at Mr. Swirl, performed the estimate within the time frame as provided by the lovely customer service staff, including Kristy, who helped me clarify questions around my invoice and payment.Harjot was very professional, and allowed me to explain my concerns while listening patiently. As a female who isn’t proficient in the proper plumbing language to describe my concerns, Harjot was able to reflect back my concerns, and ensured I was clearly understanding his recommendations.He performed the work while being quiet and self-directed which allowed me to perform my work duties quietly from home.I felt very reassured with his estimates and was able to make an informed decision around proactive service to invest in.During times as such, it is very easy for service providers to appear stressed, preoccupied and very rushed.Harjot performed excellent work and because of his communication skills, including excellent listening skills, tone of voice, and careful explanation of recommended labour, I was able to confidently make a decision to invest in more services than what I had intended.Harjot was hygienic and careful to cover his footwear and keep work areas clear throughout.I am very happy with his services and will be investing in more work in 2023.Thank you to you and your team for the professional friendly service!

My most recent experience was atrocious and testament to how little a lot of companies care about treating LOYAL customers, well. I'm giving the company 2 stars because my first 3 experiences, albeit more expensive than every other company, were positive.While they won't even give you an idea of what a job could cost, they're happy to charge you $89 to get a technician to your home to then tell you the price. The first 3 times they were out, I had an active flood, so I was left little choice seeing that Mr. Swirl seems to have a good amount of technicians available on short notice (big positive when it's an emergency). However, upon arriving, you're handcuffed to pay the price or pay the $89 call-out fee. Two days ago however, the technician showed up and determined that it was a wax seal that did need to be replaced as I suggested on the phone. Instead of giving me the quote for the repair, he immediately started to try to sell me new toilets started at $700!! What? I need the wax seal replaced, that kind of upselling tactic is grimy. He then gave me a price of $335 + $59 call-out fee (drops from $89 if you perform the job) for a job that he himself agreed would take less than an hour. That's robbery and taking advantage. That price was $50 more than the most expensive place of 4 that I called, and when I told him that, he said if I could get a written quote, they'd match it. So he actually stood in my home for an hour as I waited to receive said written quote. I got it. Showed it to him. He sent it to the office and then he LEFT without doing the job as the office said the other company wasn't a comparable company" and therefore wouldn't price match. Sorrrrry
