Dr. Joanne Yeung, MD

Dr. Yeung and Tammy have always been overly accommodating in dealing with our schedule with two toddlers. And I've been very impressed with Dr. Yeung in her professionalism and efforts to offset the allergic responses in our kids to multiple food allergies. Instead of just testing & telling us the situation, she takes the time to thoroughly explain things and offers pre-emptive solutions (e.g., immunotherapy) which we have not experienced with previous allergists.As for the one negative comment left by another reviewer, all I can say is that they should have done their homework. Dr. Yeung is a Pediatric Allergy Doctor. That means she specializes in kids. This is clearly stated all over her internet info. Unless you're 12 years old or younger, seek out an adult allergist. Kids immune responses are very different, so allow them the attention they need from specialists like Dr. Yeung.

On her website it says that she accepts patients until their 40th birthday. That’s a lie, she only takes children.

I've been to this office several times now and have had exceptional service every time. Really friendly and professional staff who are very willing to talk through things with their patients. They have gone above and beyond even the highest level of care. I live on the Sunshine Coast so I rely on BC Ferries, and everyone knows they are super unreliable, so on occasion I've been late and they were so understanding, they even saw me during their lunch time.When I had issues getting my medication being sent to me, Dr. Yeung and Tammy were amazing, they coordinated everything for me so I didn't have to lift a finger.I can't say enough good things about this practice, and recommend them at every chance I get. Thank you all for your hard work team!

The staff right from the reception to the allergist demonstrated the highest level of professionalism & quality of care. Everyone was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My wife & myself were particularly impressed with Lauren & Dr Persia & it was a pleasure dealing with them.Like
