Great space, tasty beverages and wonderful customer service! We had our Welcome Party at Garrison the evening before our wedding. We rented the entire space and hosted 100 guests. Kayla was delightful to communicate with when making the arrangements. The guests marveled at the space which was fun and lively. The bartenders were excellent and speedy with the drinks. They also offered to play our own playlist for the music. We were allowed to bring in our own snacks which worked out nicely as well. Garrison is great for hosting a group!

Really good selection of quality beers. Knowledgeable bartenders, multiple sizes for flights. We took the most beer home from here out of any brewery that we stopped at in Halifax

Great service, swag, location and AMAZING beer! We had a good time at Garrison, their beer was cold, decently priced and tasted really good! They offer flight options where you can pick your own flight or go with their suggestion! Make sure to try their stout, it’s fantastic! Will certainly come back!

We found this gorgeous brewery just outside the Port of Halifax cruise terminal when visiting in July 2022.A very freindly local with brewing stuff on display inside, it has a merchandise shop as well for t shirts and souvenirs, the range of lagers and beers was great with some varied flavours, I recommend trying a flight of five first to discover your favourite, mine was the wheat beer!The brewery does not sell food but they allow you to bring food in, there was a pizzeria next door where you can buy food and bring it with you.The staff were knowledgeable and freindly and they do take UsD as well as Canadian dollars.

Nice atmosphere. The locally brewed beer was too malty for me, though I had tried the lighter flights. This location is perfect for dog owners as it’s dog friendly. What’s scary was there’s a baby mouse strolling around.

Garrison is a decent brewing company. However, we weren't able to get an tastings because they had the entire place reserved, so unfortunately it was a pass from us.

A wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Gets a little busy during the lunch to supper rush, but once it approached supper time it was much less busy. Flights of beer to sample were wonderful and they have so many beers there is something for everyone! A great place for sitting with friends after exploring the waterfront and indulging in drinks and laughter.

Great place... more than 10 different options for beer.My favorite was the pumpkin IPA. With a cinnamon touch.The staff was warm and fast.They have also a souvenirs store with great products.The only thing is missing is a great food to be perfect! They hust have some snacks

The Garrison Brewery was an excellent stop after visiting the Pier 21 museum. The atmosphere was lively and casual, even though it was a quite afternoon.We went there for just a flight of beers but, we ended up having two. The beer range covered almost every palate so, there’s definitely something for everyone.We certainly enjoyed some beers and discovered some favorites. The staff did an excellent job sharing their expertise and giving spot on recommendations. Of course, we tried almost everything!
