CSN Norgate

Excellent work. The body work and paint job was perfect. I also received my truck two days early from the estimated time of completion. I would recommend Norgate for auto body repair and paint.

I hit a pole and went to Norgate to have my bumper hood repaired. When they opened up my car they let me know what was wrong on the inside and showed me all the pictures. They told me the parts they were getting are going to be used but they will try and get them under my km (in which they did). After they were done I was very impressed and happy. Everything looked brand new. They even cleaned and detailed the inside of my vehicle.My insurance covered the rental. When I went to drop off my vehicle, they had the rental ready to go. After I signed all the paper work, the guy pulled up, we did a walk around, gave me the key and I was off.They even fixed some stuff that wasn't part of the accident. They fixed a very small paint chip in my side door. They also buffed out this indent scratch from the front of my car to the back. My brake light was out and they also fixed that. No extra charge. Overall I was very happy with the work they done. I would definitely recommend Norgate.

Great experience and awesome results. They really worked hard at getting replacement parts when the factory parts weren’t available any longer. I was really impressed with the finished product. Especially when my vehicle was all cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. Beyond my expectations!!

We would highly recommend this shop to anyone. The staff and the service were amazing. Elisha was incredible!! We took our 2007 GMC Duramax in for a complete restoration job. After many hours of research by Elisha the new parts that we could get in were ordered in, and the parts we could not get new were found and ordered in. This was a two month restoration project. Our truck looks as good as it did when we bought it new. We were kept in the loop with updates on our vehicle as the restoration was completed. It was definitely worth the wait. We would never take our vehicle to anyone else other than CSN Norgate.

Amazing customer service! Changed a decision last minute which caused extra work for them. The Manager, Casey Caplette, was beyond understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Quality work that was completed quickly & so nice that they detailed my vehicle as well.

We had a long wait to get in! I would definitely say it is worth the wait. The girls in front are amazing to deal with!! And they were finished 2 days before they were scheduled to be done!!!They really went above and beyond for us and we are thankful !!Thank you Norgate you guys rock!!!!

They did a great job on my rear bumper on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra.Cannot even tell it was cracked and had a huge hole in it. Nice staff. Nothing negative to say really . Thanks Norgate

Norgate staff was friendly and helpful . They called me when there was any decision to be made on my ICBC claim- car needed repairs after being backed into.The car is fixed perfectly and the paint looks amazing. The car was returned all detailed and spotless. They helped return the rental I was driving when my car was in their shop.Thank you for making my experience so easy and uncomplicated.

We had great customer service at Norgate! They are personable and caring! We were able to get our vehicle in early on a cancellation and they did a superb job! Our car came back to us impeccably clean! I highly recommend Norgate for your car repairs!
