Thank you, Caroline for all your compassion and help during a very stressful and difficult time. The office may be in Ontario , but that was no barrier to getting a beautiful foot stone done for my Mother who is buried in Montreal.

Excellent service, très professionelle et un monument au-dela de nos attente.

Très mauvais service après vente. Monument brisé à l’installation et ne rembourse que 200$ sur 5000$ et nous devons vivre avec Le Bris.

À la suite du décès de notre chère collègue, j’ai envoyé un courriel à Martel et Fils Monuments afin de créer une plaque commémorative en sa mémoire. J’ai rapidement eu une réponse de Caroline qui a su nous offrir un service impeccable. D’abord, Caroline et son équipe ont sans hésiter contribué et ont fait un don extrêmement généreux en nous offrant des plaques. Grâce à eux, nous avons 3 magnifiques plaques en la mémoire de notre collègue. Nous avons pu en remettre à la famille ainsi qu’en garder une pour notre équipe.Je veux prendre le temps de souligner la qualité du service et le professionnalisme de Caroline et son équipe envers nous et des évènements que nous vivions. Nous avons pu créer des plaques personnalisées à l’aide de l’expertise de Caroline et de Martel & Fils. Encore une fois, nous aimerions remercier l’équipe de Martel et Fils Monument. Great service very friendly

Thank you to Johnny and Linda who, from the beginning answered every question and every email. In our family's time of grief it was not easy. The company is professional and caring and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the MARTEL&SONS company. Please know we are thankful and so grateful for the beautiful engraving that was done for our beloved family members' headstone. Again thank you Johnny and Linda. Be safe and be well.

My brother Roger passed on January 18th. What to do, i knew we had agreed a cremation. But didn't know about a stone. After debating, i picked out a what i think is a beautiful Cremation urn, and then had to find a company that could make a marker for the cemetary. My mom and dad had had no marker, they had passed quite a few years ago. But between the company and myself, they suggested to put the three names on one stone. It is Beautiful!!! thank you so so much!!! what a wonderful company. We had to figure out this from where i live, in the U.S. and where they are located, Vankleek Hill , but there was wonderful emails, phone calls, and these people were very patient with me. What started out as a family discussion in March 2021 resulted in a beautifully crafted columbarium fully installed in October 2021.In the interim we had the good fortune to have chosen the highly skilled and very professional team at Martel & Fils/Sons Inc of Vankleek Hill, Ontario.From the initial phone contact to the installation of the columbarium we were guided every step of the way by Julien Martel. His attentive, reassuring and quick responses to our many many queries instilled the confidence in our family that we had chosen well.It was a pleasure to work with their company and we therefore highly recommend Martel & Fils/Sons of Vankleek Hill.
