Very precise course, with adequate information. Opportunity to exercise practical content. Instructor with adequate experience and simple explanations.

The First Aid went well, it was great that Mr. Hawley explained things of how the body works when it is in shock, pain etc. .. and how methods to help it through CPR. The only difficulty is I miss having the book as it helps from writing all the information by hand. The only thing I ask if the instructors could slow down their teaching in order to write things down on paper. It is difficult to listen and write at the same time when the instructors decides to move on the next stage. Otherwise he did a great job and I have learnt a lot, thank you so much for FA and the Founder!God bless you all!

The educator was well versed in the material and very approachable. He was concise and gave some very insightful medical and personal analogies. The day, although nine hours, seemed to move very fast and efficiently. Much appreciated Brian Geraghty ( owner of BVG landscape Contractor inc).

Just completed my Standard First Aid this weekend. The instructor Hawley was very knowledgeable and loves teaching the course. His experiences helped provide additional information on the topics, and he was a great teacher! Thanks!

Hawley Lepine, the First Aid instructor, is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.The course itself covers a lot of material. It's tricky to take everything in. The Red Cross no longer includes a free booklet - it is an extra $30. This booklet should be included as it may help save a life. The Red Cross app is OK but IMO doesn't replace the booklet.The downtown location could use a facelift as it is a bit uninviting. There is also a noticeable scent (air freshener) when you enter the basement, which could be hazardous for people with sensitivities. Seating is comfortable. The space seemed relatively clean. The company could consider investing in a water cooler, considering people are there for 7+ hrs a day.Very proud to be a First Aider. Thank you!

Hawley was passionate and knowledgeable about all the topics we went over. I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot from him, and now feel confident that if I ever had to assist with first aid on someone that I would take action and would be able to help in some way.

This was a great experience. The instructor was very clear and helpful in teaching First Aid and CPR. I went to the downtown location on O'Connor street. I would definitely go back to this place in the future. As well I would recommend this training center to a friend for sure!!
