Worst staff ever. Told me to look around for it myself coz she has no idea where it is. Later made us wait for 5 minutes at payment station while madam went around collecting empty hangers from various sections ... sorrt i bothered u guys...wont do it again

As the name says, it is a place for children. Mainly for clothes and accessories.They are short staffed. Always. You are on your own here. The place not too crowded.We came for their 50% off Black Friday sale. Got a fee items for our grand son.

Do not shop here. The manager is very unhelpful and rude. I asked to exchange some girls clothes for boys as the gift recipient ended having a boy. I came past the return date as baby shower was months earlier. Store policy only allows size change on the exact same items. They don't even have the same items anymore and she just said they can't do anything. How inflexible is that? Worse the manager's was cobdescending and showed her exasperation. Talk about poir customer service. Doesn't even try to be nice.

We've been buying clothes and boots from this store for more than three years for my children and for gifts to friends and family and have never found this store to disappoint us.This store carries a variety of clothing options in very reasonable prices which makes it a healthy staple in a child's wardrobe as they quickly outgrow their apparel!I've found this store to be fully stocked mostly and always carrying the kind of variety that we need. In case you can't find something, head down to the old navy store close to this for some different but affordable choices.

A more spacious setup compared to many other retail stores at the Richmond mall.I would take the other staff reviews at face value. It is retail, there's gonna be varying staff experiences so especially in these places, makes no sense to black list a place from one issue with service".Today I had wonderful service and the staff was very friendly and playful with my daughter. Take that for what it's worth.Bought some socks as picked by my daughter and had some discount on them but overall felt a bit on the pricier side compared to other children's stores. She's happy so that is ok."
