Food was ready fast and hot. Coffee was great. Coconut donuts were the reason for my stop. I don't normally stop for coffee. The business was clean and staff were happy to prepare my order. Worth a stop for a variety of baked goods not offered at the other chain.

I went into Country Style for the first time the other day, and it was awesome. The service was great. The restaurant was super clean and the staff was friendly. The food looked awesome (all the donuts in the windows, bagels, muffins). My order was an iced coffee, Country Bits and a plain bagel with cream cheese. All were delicious - again, better than Tim Hortons. I will definitely be stopping/ordering again.

I recommand this restaurant!I have been living in Sudbury for couple years, and it helped me get through my mornings.Morning staff is very efficient, and super human!The food and coffee are delicious, and not pricey.It's quick and perfect; You can grab'and'go or eat on-site!

I've never been blown over by the food. When I feel like a tuna sandwich I pop by here but they've generally been dry. Not every exciting, first sandwich, and pricey. Somehow I've paid over $20 for 2 dry tuna sandwiches and 2 drinks. Seems excessive. I wouldn't mind if the bread was fresh and yummy and the tuna was moist and plentiful. I try to support because I'd hate for Tim Hortons to be the only option in town but they should really do better. Serve the tuna on a bun or something at least.

I've loved Country Style since I was a kid and everything is just as great now. Always A+ customer service, everyone is always SO amazing. The food is impressive for a coffee shop, the bagels are huge and the sandwiches are delicious. The baked goods look homemade, they're a generous size and very affordable. The coffee is always great and I never have any mistakes made. The seating area is well taken care of and cleaned regularly.

Being new to Sudbury, I'm still getting to know the restaurants and eateries. I really liked this restaurant, its location, parking space and the ambiance. I'll make it back again and I'll try something else from the menu.

Sat with a group of local writers because my car was in the shop and couldn't get to our usual location so we figured we'd give this a try because of the location, parking space, etc.A lady stood behind us and complained loudly about how things were going downhill but never thought anything about it.Normally, at any other place (ie Timmies or even Gus's... Starbucks) if my battery gets a little low like it was during our visit not only has staff been helpful and supplied an extension cord but apparently this isn't the place for that. The same lady came right over and told me unplug my laptop and plugs weren't for customers.Considering our group formed most of the clientele at that time, we were taken aback as we have never been told this anywhere else.Needless to say we canceled our orders and left... right to Starbucks despite it being out our way.As a hint, perhaps half the reason you're having issues with rent and lease is perhaps someone there likes to not only broadcast company business out where customers can hear it but is a little out of touch on how to keep a large group in there and spending money.As a group, we're not coming back. Considering writers consume copious amounts of coffee because that is writer fuel... well...EDIT: Filled out the form as per the instructions/response from the owner. Absolutely zero response in over three months. If my fellow writers ask for a recommendation, I can definitely say where we're NOT going. We'll stick with either Timmies, even if it is a little further, or one of the local independent cafes.

I went and asked for a sandwich with a little bit of mayo and no meat, when I got the sandwich not only did it have meat but there was so much mayo its was dripping out of the package! When I went back and asked for the proper sandwich with and to put less mayo, they made a huge deal about it and made it clear they were inconvenienced by having to correct the issue. They gave me the sandwich, I said have a good day, and the guy responded with pfft yeah"! At least when they mess up a Tim Hortons they apologize and fix it! I won't be coming here again"

These folks at just great people. Clean facilities and good food handling practices. We go here alllllllllll the time. They are friendly and they make great food.

Morning staff is amazing! She works so fast and is so great under pressure! She has amazing customer service and always is smiling!
