Shoppers Drug Mart

My husband has been dealing with this location for years. I have recently transferred all of my medications to this location. I'm a heart patient the information was not put in correctly through Sun Life insurance company so shoppers drug Mart would not fill my prescriptions.. knowing that I'm a heart patient I'm very disappointed and disgusted and the customer service that we experienced here. I myself have worked in the private pharmaceutical sector and hospitals and have never seen such poor customer service. What would it have taken to give three pills for heart patient until this gets sorted out I will be taking my business elsewhere

My son has a disability and secondary 'dual diagnosis' and requires a medication that helps with his sodium levels (diabetes insidipidus) IF he doesn't have the meds he gets very sick and we have to take him to the ER. I received a portion of his prescription and returned tonight to pick up the 'balance' The pharmacist 'Jimmi' was there and by himself, however I was the only one there to pick up something. I asked for the balance and he dismissively told me that You didn't pick it up on time so we put it back in stock". I did not receive a call for the balance

If you have an illness and need a companion to help you shop they will not let you in at the same time!! I'm coming off HEAVY medication and can barely stand. I needed stuff even though I'm not to go around anyone because of my immune compromised state. When I tried to ask for him to come in and help as I was light headed and dizzy the workers and managment freaked told my friend to go and and shop and sent me to pass out on the freezing curb outside their store. Never been this rudely treated in my life and discriminated against. My dr told me to self isolate as much as possible because I HAVE NO IMMUNE SYSTEM NOT BECAUSE I AM SICK. Staff needs to be properly educated on the difference between immune compromised individuals and sick quarantine individuals. Theres a difference and not knowing it is grounds for discrimination. I will be calling head office and my friends in parliament. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a wonderful experience with the young lady who helped me in the cosmetics department. She found everything I needed and then some. She's very sweet and patient. I didn't get her name but I should have!!!!! You gotta keep people like this to represent your stores!!!

Very good service today from a young lady hailey the self checkout machine was giving me some trouble and she was quick and patient about the whole situation

Forgot to file my antibiotic prescription even though I watched them put in through their scanner. Then got an attitude when I start asking questions (god forbid I ask if I need to go back to the clinic for another one when it closes shortly)

Ive been trying to call this pharmacy for two days and no one wants to pick up the phone to answer a simple question. They must not need more of the public’s business!

Worst customer service... if there busy they don't answer the phone for hours.. just let it ring, when customers and doctors are trying to call in prescriptions.. u have to drive there and physically go in and order your prescription.. last time I went I asked pharmacist for a cough medicine that doesn't cause anxiousness, restlessness, nervousness.. I go home and take it and I'm totally a mess.. i have anxiety issues.. that's why I addressed it before I asked.. I Google the cough medicine, and those are all symptoms it can cause... thanks for knowing your medicines!!! Switching pharmacy today.. no more . Good luck with your customer service . And it's not just me shoppers pharmacy ,read all your reviews u got 1 STAR RATINGs on most reviews , and I Good review !!!
