I had a great experience working with Haven HVAC. They were recommended to me on a Facebook group and I was not disappointed. The communication before, during, and after was excellent. The two technicians showed up at the time promised. They both were friendly and dressed neatly in their company uniform. The work was completed with care - drop sheets were put down in all their work areas, and they cleaned up when done. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I used Haven HVAC to install a garage heater. Mark initially came out and we discussed the best options to mount the unit and vent it correctly and provided valuable input. On the day of installation they arrived on time and quickly got to work with the installation. The end result is just what I wanted. They took the time to route the gas line correctly as well as the electrical hookup and everything was done as if they were doing it in their own home. At the end of the job the garage was cleaned up and they even took the packaging from the heating unit and vent kit. Happy to recommend Haven HVAC to anyone needing a garage heater install.

Mark was great! I had him install my new a/c a year ago, and had him back last week when my furnace stopped working in the middle of the day. He had new parts installed and got it up and running again by the afternoon. Great service and very professional, will absolutely use Haven again.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Haven last winter, as well as had our dryer venting repaired (since we discovered grossly improper venting done by our builder). Mark was incredible to work with - his professionalism was appreciated during this stressful time and his workmanship was impeccable. One year later and everything is working beautifully and there have been zero hiccups or issues since he completed the job!I would highly recommend Mark and his team!

We had Mark install a furnace, and water heater while we went away on vacation. Mark did a great job on both, everything was neatly installed and he even cleaned up some wiring from a previous installer of the old furnace. Recently we consulted Mark on a smart thermostat, which he installed for us as well. Thanks Mark!

Fantastic people! We had Mark and Kalin do a lot of major work that other companies made it sound so difficult and expensive!Mark was so professional and found ways to update the house’s heating system; add new return, ducts, kitchen and laundry exhausts, and add new vents in previously unheated rooms. Their estimate was fair compared to everyone else. They advised us on What’s best for us and not for them. Although we have an old furnace, he didn’t try to push us to replace like what happened with other companies. Instead, he advised us on how to take care of it and maintain its functionality until it goes down. They are so friendly and hardworkers. They showed up on the exact days and dates appointed. They cleaned up everything before leaving the house: they really work like it’s their own home. Everything about the service was exceptional! Thank you guys
