Had a problem with my iron filter system which was installed over 10 years ago by the same company. They sent out a service person promptly who not only repaired the system at a reasonable price but also gave me several tips going forward. Thanks Prince, and team.

We called to get a water system put in for our well. We dealt with Chris on the phone and he came and did our install - he was really great, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us how to use it, and he also helped us out with information on shocking our system over and above what the job was. We really appreciate the expertise and customer service of the company!

I brought in a water sample over 1 week ago and the lady at the front first looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about then told me the guys in the back have been very busy they didn't get time to do my water test. All you're doing is testing my water it takes 20 minutes to do, we could be drinking dangerous water but that does not seem to be a concern for this company, just profit! I do not understand why it's taking so long since the lady at the front looked at me with such big guys I have a feeling they've lost my water sample. Not impressed tried to give a new company some business but I guess they're not interested.

I had my Water Softner and RO Water system installed by Ivan. His knowledge is excellent. Had everything installed in under an hour. He also ran water line to Fridge, which makes crystal clear Ice.Better pricing and quality then other pricey competitor. Highly recommended.

Prince and Kedar just installed a softener and inline filter system in my new-to-me mobile home. I felt it was a bit of a tricky install (small space and drain tube had to be routed around the hot water heater then through a wall) but they handled it with ease. Their work and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Quality Water Services West LTD.

Kedar did a great job. He came to the house to have a look at the area the water softener was going. He was very knowledgeable and let me know what my options were and what the price differences were. He let me know there would be a definite change in the taste of the water as well, so I asked about a reverse osmosis setup. He provided me the cost for that as well, but let me know that continuing to use my Brita would fix the taste issue and didn't pressure me to get it. We set up an install time and he was back a few days later. The installation was quick and efficient with a bypass installed for the outside taps, so I'm not using the softened water on the grass. Although he did leave it so I still have the option to use the softened water on the outside taps. This way when I was the cars it won't leave water spots on them. Overall great work and I would recommend them.

We just had Reverse Osmosis system put in our home. We are so happy with the system and the professionalism and knowledge of both Kedar and Prince. Thank you Prince for the wonderful install!
