Dr. Hindoosh is phenomenal. My family has been under her care since we moved from England 10 years ago. Although we now live almost 40 mins away, we still continue to go to her. It’s very hard to find a doctor who is patient, caring and able to accommodate you.

I don't know what the other negative reviews are talking. Perhaps not the whole story. I've known Dr. Hindoosh as a patient for years. She and her staff are professional, caring, attentive, punctual, thorough, courteous and very good in her profession. I recommend her highly and have always been very happy and satisfied with her service and support!

Was looking for a doctor to see, find this clinic on google. So I called and booked appointment for me and my bro, the doctor called us and went extra mile to did FaceTime with us. She is really professional and helpful a lot. Would hardly recommend it.

The doctors here are amazing. The Filipino receptionist is incredibly rude. Requested to use the bathroom as a patient and was told it was only for doctors. No amount and pleading seemed to matter. Absolutely no humanity. So disappointed and disgusted with her approach.

Very disappointed with the front desk/ phone admin clerk attitude. The owner should hire people with (at least) minimum customer service experience. Providing a service supported financially by the government doesn't mean to be rude to patients.I called @ 2:20 pm to confirm a scheduled test for my daughter today, and the front desk first refused to have the test done as the Doctor was busy. I repeated that it was the Doctor's order to come today, only then she asked me to come before 3 pm. I explained that I was across the road and it would take me 5 min to be in the office. I asked how long it takes? I was surprised that she got nervous, shut me up, and hung up the phone. She was very rude.From March 2020 till now, the Doctor's office has accepted only phone consultations. No physical Consult or attendance is allowed. Hence, it's normal to ask about how long the procedure/ test will take and if the patient will be seen in time or there will be waiting.I can see why such an employee doesn't respect people's time and doesn't mind being rude since the patient has no other choice but to deal with her to schedule the appointment with the Doctor!!!

That old india lady that is the receptionist is the worst and very rude!! They need better reception!!

Dr. Essabri is amazing. He takes an extra mile for his patients. He is our family doctor for more than 2years and we are very happy with his treatment. The receptionist are very prompt. Love the service.

Staff is amazing and Dr.Hindoosh knows her stuff. Glad to have her as my family doctor.

Poor service and Not a walk-in clinic though it is mentioned like walk-in. When we were there another guy came and asked the same the reception said it is hard to take it down and it was due to covid no walk-ins. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Fortunately the doctor was helpful.

The doctors are all incredibly amazin.. but my complaint is about the front desk service, they're extremely horrible! The Filipino lady is very rude! And overall unhelpful! really disappointed with the lack of service they offer .. they also never answer the phone
