DO NOT order from this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a representative that took my order and then stopped answering my emails and calls when I was inquiring about the finalized shipment. Then when our custom vials order came in, our custom logo was smeared, off centered, and in no way able to dispense. I had to speak to another person to ask for a refund and they told me they would replace it, which was fine. Then I waited almost 2 weeks and there was still no replacement. They said they had a problem with their printing machine. This is unacceptable as a business. They should have quality control before dispensing any product, or not take any orders if there was an issue. Not only did I have to order vials from another company in the meantime, I also had to keep calling every week to follow up on my replacement order/refund. They finally said they'll refund me, but they didn't tell me how, when, or if they'll pick up the vials taking space in my unit. No one is answering my calls. I'll consider this a loss, but I don't want anyone to ever have to experience the trouble I had to go through.
