Big restaurant and busy during lunch time. The food quality is an average. They forgot the fish maw & goose foot after we were waiting for almost 30 minutes. The servie is fine.

04/25/2023Came back to try the BBQ pork and it didn't disappoint us at all. Sweet and tender meat that melted inside our mouth. All other dim sum were very fresh and good size. Another happy meal!March 2023Three of us went for dim sum lunch. Food quality was good, steam hot and teasty. Shrimp sizes were good for both rice roll and dumplings. Veggies Mushrooms dumplings filled with many types of mushroom and pumpkin. Love their roasted duck which was about 1/4 duck veggies and rice as the roasted duck price is closed to $40 now.

Zunyan Fine Dining & Banquet
This is the best Chinese food I’ve had outside of Asia in my 30 years of life. We’ve been here twice for dinner now. We got a set meal both times, every single dish was perfect so the quality was consistently good. No complaints from any of us, and we’re a picky family. Customer service was beyond excellent - attentive, friendly, responsive staff. They brought us wet napkins, changed out our plates when dirty, and had friendly conversation with us. 11/10 experience

Zunyan is alright. I went for dim sum this morning and it wasn't too busy, compared to other dim sum in the area, so that was surprising. Although I can kind of see why that is, as the quality of the food is not great. Everything was really salty and didn't taste freshly made. I think the worst thing was the pork and preserved egg congee, which had no fragrance to it, it just tasted like white congee with salt. Some things that I found okay was the Chinese Sausage Rice and the Har Gow.In general the price was pretty good, they charge $5 for S/M/L from 9-11am even on weekends. It ended up being $85 including tip and tax for 4 people, and we ordered quite a bit of food. I counted 6 of those dishes being charged at $5, while the jumbo/XL items were full price. It is quite cheap.Overall, I wouldn't come again despite the cheap price. There is something lacking in the food and there is no reason to eat here over a different dim sum restaurant.Edit - Ok, I gave it another go because my boyfriend's family wanted to. It was a lot better this time. We ONLY ordered the $5 dishes, so it felt a lot more worth it (and we skipped the congee). Please do not get the congee and you will have a decent experience.

A nice n quiet restaurant. There were less than 10 tables the evening we were there. Food is perfect. Salt Baked Cod Fish with fresh Fennel (茴香海鹽焗鱈魚) is a must try. Cod fish turned out to be Smelt, small and with bone inside. Consider it a delicacy if you can consume it in 5 minutes when it is still crispy. This dish is definitely for adults not for younger kids.Services was excellent and considerate. We brought a cake there. They even put our table number inside the box to make sure it goes to the right table. They cake was slanted and it was melting when they served to us after dinner. You surely can proof to yourself that you are patient after dining there.PS. I heard their dim sum is good. I might give it a try next time. For dinner, the place is a bit far from us.

Great dim sum spot with tasty dim sum that uses traditional Cantonese ingredients and techniques. Highly recommend the Chiu Chow dumpling, siu mai and baked BBQ pork bun. they have $5 s/m/l dim sum specials all day (excluding holidays). service is polite and quick.

First time back to this restaurant after the pandemic and the name has changed so maybe it is under new ownership and management. It was a weekday afternoon dim sum time and had to wait for a little while to get a table. The menu is a typical Cantonese dim sum style and offers quite a few variety of dishes. The dishes came pretty quick after ordering and were fresh hot and tasty. Very high standard of food and service is not bad either. More surprising was when we saw the bill and found that all the dim sum dishes were at a same price and had to say that it was a good value as compared to many other Chinese restaurants where they charge a different price for Small Medium and Large dishes. Parking seems to be hard to find but there is actually a back parking area that you can always grind a spot.

Recently re-open after 2 years of pandemic. Food and services still maintain their good standards. Tea charges have gone up to $2 each which l never think a restaurant should impose one.The price of Dim Sum for early birds is $4.60 (SML).

Great spot for dim sum! Came here on a weekend around peak lunch time, but we were seated quickly without a wait. The inside is very spacious and nice with plenty of seating. Service was relatively friendly and quick for a dim sum spot, dishes came out quickly. The price, quality, and portions for the dim sum were are pretty good, my personal favourite were their har gow that are almost the size of a fist. All in all a great experience.
