Staff was super friendly and helpful. But my God the hot chocolate I ordered was bland. Definitely not enough chocolate. But maybe this was just that day due to other reviewers saying it was delicious

Cute store with a lovely, well-displayed selection, but the customer service was... not it.Staff seemed inconvenienced by the presence of anyone who approached with questions or greetings. :(Would shop again and purposefully smother them with pleasantness to test their nerves, to be honest.

Love this place. Had a chocolate iced drink ( the big picture in window ). Perfect size and price. Rich and chocolatey. Just enough sweet to allow the deep chocolatey taste to shine. Staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about their products.

The iced hot chocolate (classic milk and creamy white) were the best tasting drinks I had ever drank! Omg is all I can say. Best chocolate ever!

I love the iced white chocolate and the milk hot chocolate. It was too chocolatey but really good. The staff was super nice as well. After trying these drinks in Montreal for the first time, i am glad halifax also has it
