The whole Hercules team, especially the movers, are attentive, friendly, and extremely efficient. They showed up on time, packed and moved everything for us. They wrapped my furniture carefully and moved it without scraping walls or causing any damage. Overall has made our move a wonderful experience!I am so grateful for Hercules Moving company, they made my move easy and stress-free. Would use them again!

Wow! We used Hercules to move from the city to an 1 hour north. They confirmed my move the night before and they arrived on time as promised. The team (6 men) were professional, organized, friendly and worked very well together. The onsite team Co-Ordinator made sure they were all informed and had their duties assigned. They used protective runners throughout the house. These guys wrapped/protected every piece of furniture we moved. I also rented reusable totes from them for packing all my other items in, which made stacking and labeling easy. Also added additional protection to my items. The team did not stop...they did not take breaks...they worked hard! Now, I was also organized myself...but these were by far the best moving company I have ever used. I highly recommend them and if I ever move again they will be my only phone call.Thanks again folks for piece of mind and an enjoyable day.

An amazing experience with Hercules Moving Company. They not only showed up on time but they showed up early by 20 minutes and started right away. They offered to help put things together for us as well. Extremely efficient crew led by Alex and very courteous towards my family and I. Knowing it was raining the day we moved they came well prepared and provided their own runners to use throughout my parents' home as well as our new home. I would highly endorse Hercules for anyone looking for a smooth transition to wherever they are moving to and from.

Anna from customer service was very thorough with the quote. The three gentlemen who moved me were efficient, polite and courteous. They took apart and reassembled items. My biggest concern was my piano and the movers were able to delicately move the piano with care. I may have been able to pay less with a local company but with the amount of professional care the moving company showed, it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Hercules Moving Company to all of my friends and family.

My car shipment is delayed and it has already been over a month now. I have already spent so much money on transportation without my car. I have given you guys over $4500 business and also gave your reference to my friend who gave you $2500 business.I am extremely disappointed with your service guys after i called you multiple times you guys blamed it on 3rd party and mentioned nothing is in your hands. I have emailed claim department few times but they are not willing to give any compensation for the delay. I paid full amount to you I don't care how you deal with 3rd party. You should communicate with your customers and keep them up to date regarding the shipment and do regular follow up. I should not be writing this email and calling you multiple times.I am willing to wait little more but please refund some of my money since you have not only wasted my time and money you have ruined all my summer planning and mental peace.

I was first attracted to Hercules Moving because of their upfront pricing. It was easy to get a quote, and that's what I paid. My customer service representative was very helpful. Moving day was where I was very impressed I've never had movers take such good care of not just my things but both properties. When it came time to move an very heavy and fragile piece of equipment down some stairs I didn't even consider any one else. Maybe I could have found to do it for less, but I don't think I could have found some one that could do it with more care.

Very easy to work with - worked with Uju during the quotation phase and she was very informative and responsive. Everything was very clear and transparent and that’s what I appreciate the most. The movers were on time and very friendly (I don’t want to butcher the spelling of their names so I won’t mention it on here). There were three movers and each made it a point to introduce themselves - which I again really appreciate. They were so fast, it was amazing. Everything was properly wrapped and they didn’t require supervision. My fiancé and I went ahead to our new place and waited for them to arrive. Easy - fast - accountable. Will definitely work with them again.

Like other reviews state, Hercules Moving is not the cheapest around but you do get what you pay for. At every level, they were courteous, professional and efficient. This was my first move in 37 years so I was overwhelmed at the thought of moving but my trepidation was alleviated once they arrived.if you want a hassle-free, no games or surprise added costs, call Hercules. I would use their services again, no question.D. White.

Hercules Moving Company did a great job moving my furniture. They arrived on time and were very careful to wrap my furniture in blankets as promised. They protected the floors .They were very organized and neither rushed or wasted time. In addition to their professional skills, they demonstrated patience and good communication skills:)) Also, the quote was accurate and I got my receipt the same day:))

This is my second time using Hercules Moving Co. to move my upright Piano, and they were amazing both times. They are efficient, polite and very careful. Pianos are very sensitive and mine is starting to get older and has moved many times in its life!! So having a team that is conscientious and careful is essential.
