Had a great experience here buying my first motorcycle. They treated me with respect and even delivered the bike to my house for me because I didn’t have my full license yet! The price was more than reasonable for my barely used bike. They even extended sale pricing on some gear for me because I purchased the bike. Would recommend for their great customer service!

Extremely fast service. I came in to acquire about a new tire for my bike and they got me in the next day. The next day I came in and they finished my tire in 15-20 minutes.

I am traveling across Canada from Ontario to BC/YT and return. On my way back my bike failed in Kelowna. These fellas did everything that was possible to let me continue my trip.Got served same day and I'm back on the road. Very recommended!

It was my first time coming into this store today, I came in to buy dirt bike boots for my boyfriend’s birthday. I don’t know much about dirt bike gear so after looking at the boots for a few minutes with no offered help, I went to ask the lady at the front counter if they have Fox brand boots as I know my boyfriends other gear is Fox. She didn’t seem very inviting and just said “Nope, we have those at our Westside store”. The employe clearly had no interest in talking to me or helping me find what I was looking for. I went back to the boots for a few minutes trying to find the right size for him, I was struggling trying to get the large boxes out to take a look at the boots while hoping that somebody would come over to help. Three or four of the employees stood behind the front counter talking amongst themselves and did not come over to see if I needed any assistance. I decided to go elsewhere as I really would have appreciated one of the employees assistance while trying to make a decision on my purchase. Very unimpressed with the service at the store, I doubt I’ll ever be going back to check their inventory in the future.

I needed some service support for my two year old ride, bought from ValleyMoto. The service team jumped right to the task and looked after my immediate need, and scheduled a return visit to replace new parts. I would trust these people with my next purchase absolutely. Highest recommendations!

The process purchasing a new Husky from Valley Motorsport was amazing start to finish. This was my first time buying new, and the team at VMS went the extra mile to make the experience a dream come true. Mike and the crew at VMS have been nothing short of courteous and professional. These guys are enthusiasts with the heart and soul of riders at heart. I suggest going to see them for your riding needs. I wish they had more stock(so do they)... they will as this covid stuff eventually subsides. That being said they will point you where you need to go if they don't have what you are looking for and order what you need. I feel like we have found the best little bike shop in town.Thanks Mike!
