Very nice park to have a hike bit. We did two short trails, about 5~6 km. Weather was nice, not a lot of bugs due to the breeze. Relax and recharged!

Best place to spend summers with your familyy. However, the other people coming here for camping are route. Even if you talk to family members in a low voice after 11 they complain about you. After 10 no music. The officer will come n give you warning.

Very serene. It was a picture perfect view of the Charleston Lake. So inviting and very relaxing. Not hard to hike. The trees are beautiful the grounds are soft feels like there's cushions due to the fallen pine leaves. Lots of shares while hiking. The camp sites are beautiful ang big areas. I love the built in gazebos in the middle of sites. Love to camp here again.

One of my favorite campgrounds. Beautiful quiet sites, lots of good hiking, swimming is ok, lots of algae in the lake this year.Unfortunately the place is being taken over by ticks.Make sure to take precautions. Even with avantix for my dog we found 3 ticks on her.

Clean beautiful lake, hiking is beautiful, nice lookouts, very well laid out and marked. Backcountry camping sites are well equipped with bathrooms, fire pit and tent pads.
