We are so immensely grateful to Jill. We initially were going to work with another agent to sell our condo then buy a house and we backed out because of how they handled us even before listing- a lot of pushing and devaluing of our condo and financial worth. Jill was in no way pushy, she let the pace be set on our terms, and was patient and when it came time to sell the condo she and her team were on fire and did everything to market the place. We had 25 viewings and it sold within 48 hours, 60k over asking (and our asking had been the max the other agent said we could hope to get for it).Jill was also patient with us on the 30+ viewings we went to for houses and walked us through all 9 of the offers we made in the Beaches. Our final (and successful) offer was after a re-listing and she was a shark, securing the house for us for an equitable under-bid.I would say I cannot wait to work with Jill again but we love our home so much I doubt we will ever move, so instead I recommend Jill heartily to all family and friends who are looking for real estate.

Jill has the experience to advise on areas of interest over and above the actual Real Estate purchase. Paths, traffic flow and future construction are only a few of the areas of interest I wasn't aware of but found exceptionally helpful for my purchase. She made it well worthwhile, thanks Jill.
