I have the best experience with this clinic when I was doing my MIBI. Starting from reception to the finish. I have to mention the technician Alasdair who’s really thorough in explaining everything of the procedure he’s doing and asking constantly about changes that I feel. He’s calming when you’re in a stressful situation it’s good to know that you’re at ease cause someone is there watching over you and answering questions you asked.

The appointment occurred exactly as detailed in the pretreatment information. All the staff were very friendly and professional during check in and treatment. The premises were clean and bright. I felt that I was well looked after.

Appointment was at 10am and didn't get in until 11:30 am. Was told that it would be a couple of minutes a few times. You are not allowed to eat or drink 4 hours before the tests. Totally unacceptable but they dont care.
