We’ve used Francisco’s services twice to do repairs in our rental unit. His prices are very reasonable and he does good work. Will continue to give him a call when we need drywall replaced or repaired. Definitely recommend.

The contractor broke the parking gate arm and did not report the incident. I had to pay out of pocket for the fix. The contractor ignored my follow-up calls and texts. Please do not hire this company as they are not professional and will likely leave the job undone, causing the client to pay more for the fix.

They always showed up a few hours late. Start time was supposed to be 8am and they often showed up around 12pm or 1pm and left around 5pm or 6pm, which dragged the project on for an extra 3 weeks. They never even called or informed me that they were going to be late. The excuse given was: we had another project to attend to.The finishings around the light switches and electrical sockets looked like I could have done it myself; gaps and holes that even the coverings can't hide. I would give him zero stars if i could.

Francisco and his helper patched up holes in my bathroom ceilings after I had the light fixtures removed and potlights installed by another contractor. He was professional, did good quality work and cleaned up when he finished. I'd definitely use his services again in the future!
